> **Pros**: They promised to integrate our simple manufacturing process, with our sales and accounting needs. However it was not as simple and easy as they showed us in the demos I sat through.

> Our experience with ECI Software Solutions and Spruce was extremely disappointing. Throughout implementation and training, we repeatedly encountered problems that prevented us from successfully moving forward with the software.

Even after deciding not to implement Spruce, we continued to experience billing issues, including being charged for equipment we never received.

After many years in business, I understand that not every product is a good fit. However, how a company responds when things don’t work is extremely important. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend ECI or Spruce. I strongly encourage anyone considering ECI to thoroughly evaluate the software and understand all contractual and billing commitments before signing.
