> MF327 is a desktop software designed to help individuals and businesses manage their data and their PCs. With it, you can access and control a Windows PC remotely via web browser, upload and download files, store and retrieve data from anywhere, on any device.
  On the PC-side, the software acts as a launcher, providing fast, organized access to your data by storing it in customizable drop-down menus. Quickly access any file, folder, website, password, or other info in 2 clicks or less, and create buttons to launch your favorite apps or OS tools. For large amounts of data, you can create simple, "search-as-you-type" databases to store information such as inventory, price lists, work instructions, maintenance records, customer or vendor info.
  When logged-in from a web browser, you get full control of your screen, access to saved menus and databases, and unlimited private cloud storage for files. All data is stored in-house and browser sessions are secured using full end-to-end encryption. No third party data servers or big tech spying on your private data. 
  Businesses can use this software to customize employee workstations with preloaded links to company files, network shares, websites, or databases. Provide remote support to employees or customers from any device without installing client software. Access a company PC and network resources when working on the road, without the need for VPN. Create isolated user accounts to give employees secure access to files or databases via web browser.
  In addition to remote access and data management, MF327 provides some other interesting and useful features, such as webcam motion security. With this, you can monitor your PC webcam for motion and trigger actions, such as email or recording, when motion is detected. This feature can be used to secure work areas or offices and to ensure unattended PCs or laptops are not tampered with. Network IP cameras can also be monitored.
  The software includes a built-in set of commands for automating tasks and can be controlled via email or text message. All business plans include integration with Outlook/Exchange servers, allowing the ability to send and receive mail without additional setup.
  The software is available in 3 different business plans. The first is "Workstation", which includes all core features and remote access is achieved using a direct connection to your PC. This plan is a one-time purchase and is ideal for PCs that will only be accessed from within an organization's local network. Remote access from the internet is possible with this plan, but will most likely require some router setup. The second plans is "Technician", which adds features to help facilitate remote access from the internet by using our servers to pass through routers and firewalls. This plan available as a monthly or annual subscription and is ideal for the traveling technician, engineer, or business professional who needs access to company resources or PCs while on the go. The third plan is "IT", which provides Enterprise-level deployment features and priority phone and email support. With this plan, IT professionals can preconfigure the software for unattended install and deploy to multiple workstations at once using a common setup. This plan is also available as a monthly or annual subscription.
  The software uses certificates to provide security for remote access. This requires that users install a certificate on the remote device or browser used to access the PC remotely. This step can be skipped by adding a browser exception, or by using our proxy servers with a "Technician" or higher plan, but it is highly recommended for better speed and security. Instructions are provided.
  All plans include a setup wizard, comprehensive help system, and a quick start wizard for getting started. Updates are included with all Subscription plans. Perpetual plans can be updated by starting a subscription and canceling at any time.
