This shows that they are listening to their customers and incorporating our feedback and keeps us informed of their product roadmap. Their customer success managers are wonderful - very responsive, efficient and I really appreciate that they will create a customized video on loop to show us how to do something in just a couple of minutes replacing the need for a call and a lot of back-and-forth communication over email. Would look to Tilt to offer more customization in the leave communications, resources section, and "other" types of leaves to ensure the appropriate tone is used for celebratory (sabbatical) or serious leaves (FMLA).
