They are always improving their platform with new tools and providing value for the what you are paying for the platform. When I first signed up, their customer service won me over. They are very responsive. I am in the beginning phases of starting my podcast and a good friend had referred me to Riverside as they use it. Again, I was so impressed by how easy it was to use the platform . Once I watched a couple of videos, I was good to go. > > **Cons**: I was used to editing my videos using CapCut/DaVinci Resolve. Not being able to move items on the timeline withing Riverside was an issue. They have since resolved that issue with the latest update. > > Absolutely outstanding platform. And when I used the VideoDub to edit a word in a Magic Clip it also changed the word not just in that clip but in the longer episode and I didn't like the way it sounds.
