3 steps
to a fast and secure quotation or bill of quantities

1. create a new project
Define in your new project those components for which the offer / bill of quantities should be recorded separately (e.g. house, basement, garage,...). After the optional input of project parameters such as floor space, enclosed space, room heights, etc., you can immediately start the calculation.


2. calculate with elements
To be able to work efficiently, you calculate with elements in QuickCalc. These correspond to component structures and are made up of individual service items. Quantities only have to be entered for elements and no longer for individual positions, which results in enormous time savings. The prices are stored in the positions themselves, which can also be entered via hourly rates for internal services. From this QuickCalc creates an hourly analysis for your project if desired. QuickCalc is delivered with a predefined master consisting of over 600 elements and over 5000 positions. All data can be modified or extended. Intuitive search mechanisms and the extremely flexible user interface allow quick access to the required elements.

3. offer and bill of quantities
QuickCalc creates the bill of quantities and the quotation from the items stored in the elements. If the quantity of an element is subsequently changed, the individual positions behind it are automatically recalculated. A manual recalculation of the individual item quantities is no longer necessary\! If desired, the offer can even be limited BEFORE the output\!
