> **Pros**: The insights it gives us into what is really happening in our organisation - we have 2 sites and remote workers. The amount of data you get is a lot and its all really relevant and can be broken down easily - the impact report is really good as we can see what we can do to improve. It is also a safe space to collect comments we might not have collected before\!
