The optimization-based planning function of alternative production versions enables to react quickly and efficiently to unforeseen events. Continuous cost optimization for the entire production process and simultaneous planning of all resources, such as personnel, machines, and materials, are powerful arguments for the implementation of GANTTPLAN. Dahinter steht das Team der DUALIS in Dresden, welches alle Aspekte einer Planungslösung sehr gut begleitet. Ich denke da an Problem Unterstützung, Schnittstellenentwicklung und Entwicklungsbereitschaft. Obwohl die DUALIS in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen ist, erfolgt die Bearbeitung von Themen noch immer sehr schnell. In meinen Kundenprojekten kommt es nur sehr selten zu Verzögerungen durch DUALIS. Fazit: Sehr gute Planungssoftware (als Desktop und Webclient) sowie tolles Team der DUALIS. > > **Cons**: Der Übergang von Desktop- zu Webclient hat so seine Eigenheiten. Anhand vieler Parameter kann dort der Planungsalgorithmus eingestellt werden. Für uns wichtig ist, dass Ganttplan eine Engpassterminierung unterstützt und nicht nur rückwärts-terminiert. Das ist ein großer Vorteil zu einigen anderen APS.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Geschwindingkeit, in der Daten vom ERP nach Ganttplan übertragen und eine automatische Planung durchgeführt werden kann (wenige Minuten bei mehr als 5.000 Fertigungsaufträgen).Die Analysemöglichkeiten sind vielfälltig (sowohl tabellarisch, als auch graphisch) > > **Cons**: Die Menüführung ist teilweise etwas unübersichtlich. Man fühlt sich zu Beginn überladen von den vielen Informationen. Das Design ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann selbst entscheiden, wie der Leitstand für den Nutzer am einfachsten und übersichtlichsten ist. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit im GANTT einfach. Die Maschinenauslastungen sind außerdem sehr gut zu sehen. Außerdem kann in verschiedenen Szenarien mehrere Möglichkeiten getestet werden, ob mehr oder weniger Personal oder eine weitere Schicht benötigt wird. > > **Cons**: In Ganttplan Client dauerts ein wenig, bis die Reports geöffnet werden.
