Filevine dedicates a Representative to respond to issues and questions, and connect you to the appropriate person(s) to help -- billing, training, implementation, etc. My "personal" representative, \[sensitive content hidden\], helped me to resolve an account billing issue I had in initial start of my contract, and he has gone over and above to insure my easy transition to Filevine. He checks on my progress via email and Zoom, and has provided me with multiple learning tools (one-on-one Zoom/Filevine University/YouTube videos to help in making the learning curve easier. The unlimited file storage is great (no more additional Dropbox fees)\! I must say that everyone I have been in contact with at Filevine has made me feel like I am their only customer -- they value my input, and work to customize Filevine to address our practice in a one attorney and one paralegal/"everything person".
