I didnt like that the system frequently forced us to reconnect social media accounts, especially when there was no changes made to the accounts. The reporting was very basic, and didnt really provide any suggestions on how to imporove our performance. The need to input each hashtag on every single post manually was a headache, as there was no way to create hashtag groups. The campaign management was simply a list of the posts that had been posted, and the ones in the queue. The quick post content was not engaging or interesting, so quick posts werent valuable. > > It wasnt bad, but it wasnt outstanding either.
