Also love the chat feature to get answers in real time vs. having to email and wait for a response. > > **Cons**: They have a drop and drag donation forms section. The downside is that unlike their classic forms, you need to actually run a separate report to get the names of the persons who have donated as it is not visible on the platform. Super inconvenient and something that we need to schedule regularly to pull. Another con is that in the classic forms the header area is not easy to work with or size. It also does not look good on mobile even is you check the box to maximize it for mobile. > > Overall experience is still a 5 star rating. DP has preset what is measured and you can't edit the timeline. It would be great, and much more worth it, if I could. > > I am with my second non-profit using DonorPerfect. The transition to DP was easy, and I appreciated the affordability and not having to sign a lengthy contract.
