Bigin is a great beginner CRM for small businesses!!
I love the simplicity of it all. I'm the type of person I like to figure things out without having to watch a tutorial. That let's me know if something is user friendly and this definitely is!! Give it a try...you just might like it. It's perfect for small business, new realtors that want the use of a CRM that is not bulky or complicated. Then you pair it up with Zoho Campaigns, you have yourself a sweet package!! As your business grows, you move on to Zoho CRM, if necessary.
Pros
SUPER EASY to use...to figure out. My favorite is that you have 10+ custom fields to customize the contact info you require. It's easy to import/export. Creating lists to export, custom views... OVERALL it's pretty amazing and it's perfect for the small business.
Cons
The dashboard is strictly for business forecasting. I haven't been able to set it up where I can see my meeting schedule or client follow-up.

Quite please with it and have chosen it for my CRM
Overall pretty good. Support is slow to respond. The programme definitely needs to evolve more in terms of functionality as it is not as intuitive as the competitors
Pros
Visually it is great with the pipeline style layout
Cons
Uploading leads is not logical at all. You need to upload seperate CSV's for leads and contacts and it makes the relationship between the two. Furthermore it costs you a record for both leads and contacts even though they essentially joint.

A Simple Yet Effective CRM for Small Teams
Overall, Bigin has been a reliable and intuitive tool for managing our sales pipeline and staying on top of customer interactions. It’s well-suited for small businesses or teams looking to move beyond spreadsheets without the complexity of a comples CRM
Pros
Bigin by Zoho CRM if good at simplifying pipeline management and activity tracking. Its user-friendly interface allows even non-technical users to get up and running quickly. The mobile app is helpful for managing tasks on the go. It’s a valueable option for small teams that need a lightweight CRM.
Cons
I think it works fine for most of the scope. Iy may lack some advanced customization options. Also, the reporting tools, though adequate, could be more robust and flexible. Syncing with non-Zoho tools sometimes feels a bit limited or requires additional effort to configure

Amazing power given the price
BIGIN CRM punches well above its weight class considering its cost. The reality is, it provides enough core function that 80% of small and medium sized businesses needs. I've used SalesForce, AGILE, Workbooks, and Dynamics CRM and BIGIN is comparable for most of what I want to achieve.
Pros
Bigin is very powerful given its price point. It offers all the basic functions you would likely need. The bolt ons into other ZOHO applications makes it almost infinitely upgradable.
Cons
The marketing campaign assignment is very limited, and there is limited ways to process sales leads.

Very good. I started using it while working on another project for another client
Pros
Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, i found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 YEAR of Bigin. for a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes sense for me.

Very good starting point!
Pros
We utilize Bigin by Zoho CRM to meticulously monitor and manage our leads on prospective clients and sales. This comprehensive system ensures that our entire organization maintains a clear and up-to-date understanding of who has interacted with each client, the details of those interactions, and the current status of their engagement with our services. It's simplicity is its best asset and the biggest downside i'd say.
Cons
Some of the biggest problem i've seen so far is the implementation of phone calls, wich are not as easily tracked if you don't use their platform to make the call. The customer support is reactive so far, but the lack of different languages can be a downside compared to the competitors on the market. Some advanced feature for integration are missing, but that is to be expected from a product wich is aimed at small teams/enterprises.

A Solid Springboard for Small Business Email
Zoho Begin is a fantastic starting point for small businesses and startups. It's easy to use, keeps your wallet happy, and has the essential tools to tame the email beast and nurture those leads. But, if you crave more advanced features, you might need to explore other options.
Pros
First things first, this thing is easy to use. No tech degree required, just point and click. Even my grandma (well, maybe not my grandma...) could probably figure it out. Plus, there's a free plan that's perfect for testing the waters before you dive in.
The paid plans are budget-friendly too, which is a major win for a small business like us. And for the price, you get some cool features like automated emails (lifesaver!) and a system that helps you prioritize leads.
Zoho Begin also plays nicely with other Zoho apps, which is a bonus if you're already part of the Zoho fam. Everything feels connected and streamlined.
Not Quite Perfect
Cons
Now, don't get me wrong, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. Zoho Begin doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other CRMs. If you're looking for fancy marketing automation or super detailed sales pipeline stuff, you might need to look elsewhere.
Also, the integrations with other Zoho apps can be a bit tricky to set up. It wasn't exactly a walk in the park for our not-so-tech-savvy team.

Additionally, the mobile app ensures that users can manage their customer relationships on the go. Overall, Bigin combines simplicity with robust functionality, making it an excellent choice for those looking to streamline their CRM processes without the complexity of larger CRM systems.

just used Bigin CRM and I'm thoroughly impressed
Pros
Streamlining Customer Management: Bigin consolidates all customer information in one place, making it easy to track interactions, manage contacts, and follow up on leads. This centralization ensures that no customer details are overlooked, leading to better customer service and relationship management.
Automation of Routine Tasks: By automating repetitive tasks such as follow-up emails, appointment scheduling, and data entry, Bigin saves a significant amount of time. This allows me to focus more on strategic activities and less on administrative tasks, improving overall productivity.
Enhanced Sales Pipeline Management: Bigin provides a clear visual representation of the sales pipeline, making it easy to track the progress of deals and identify bottlenecks. This transparency helps in making informed decisions and prioritizing efforts on high-impact activities, ultimately driving higher sales.
Cons
The mobile app could be more robust, with some features lacking compared to the desktop version. Additionally, the integration options with other software could be expanded to enhance overall functionality. Despite these minor drawbacks, Bigin CRM is a fantastic tool for any business.

Streamlined Efficiency with Outstanding Value
My overall experience with Bigin by Zoho CRM has been highly positive. It offers a smooth, intuitive experience from the start, with an easy setup process that allowed my team to dive in quickly without much training. The interface is clean and user-friendly, making it simple to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and automate routine tasks like follow-ups. Bigin has streamlined our workflow and improved team communication, which has been a major boost for our efficiency.
Though it’s perfect for small to mid-sized teams, I do feel that as we grow, some additional features—like advanced reporting and the ability to upload documents—would make it even more beneficial. Despite this, Bigin has provided us with great value for the investment and has had a positive impact on how we handle our sales operations.
Pros
What I liked most about Bigin by Zoho CRM is how incredibly easy it is to set up and use. The visual sales pipeline makes tracking deals a breeze, and the automation features save a lot of time by handling follow-ups and communication updates. It’s also a cost-effective solution that offers great value for small to mid-sized teams. The simple, intuitive interface makes it easy for any team member to quickly adapt, streamlining our sales workflow and keeping everything organized.
Cons
What I liked least about Bigin is the limited document handling functionality. There's no option to upload or store documents such as quotes, contracts, or invoices directly in the CRM, which would have been a helpful feature. Additionally, for more advanced reporting or scalability, the platform might feel a bit constrained as your business grows. Some additional customization options in reporting would make it even more powerful.

I’ve been using Bigin by Zoho for a month, and it has quickly become an invaluable tool for organizing my customer data. As a small business owner, I needed a CRM that was simple yet powerful, and Bigin delivers exactly that. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to get started right away, and I love how it streamlines my customer interactions, helping me stay organized and efficient. The pipeline view is particularly helpful for tracking my leads and ongoing projects. Bigin makes customer relationship management feel effortless, and it’s an affordable solution with features that match my needs perfectly. Highly recommended for small businesses looking for a straightforward, effective CRM!

Cons
While Bigin by Zoho has been fantastic overall, I found that some advanced features, like custom reporting options and more in-depth automation tools, are somewhat limited compared to larger CRM systems. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would be useful for tailoring the platform to specific business needs. However, for a CRM focused on small businesses, it still offers a great balance of simplicity and functionality.

Great CRM to Help your business grow
My overall experience with Bigin by Zoho CRM has been positive. I've been using it during the free trial period and have found it to be a valuable tool for managing client relationships in my tax firm. The platform's ease of use, combined with its useful integrations and semi-personalization features, has convinced me to purchase and fully implement it in our operations.
Pros
I like the ease of use and the integrations that Bigin offers. The interface is intuitive, making it simple to manage client relationships effectively. Additionally, the semi-personalization options available allow for a certain level of customization that suits our firm's needs.
Cons
What I like least about Bigin is that it is not fully personalizable. While it offers some degree of customization, there are limitations that prevent it from being tailored entirely to our specific workflow and preferences.

Much more than a place to Bigin
Pros
Where it shines uniquely for me is its ability to be repurposed for any internal process that requires a pipeline - support desk, projects, expense requests, HR onboarding. It achieves this by letting you use any module independently to the others. Say you build a pipeline for HR onboarding. You don't need to associate a deal with a company - which wouldn't make sense in this context. Or a pipeline for projects - there's no requirement to attach a contact.
Cons
It is missing an elegant way to generate proposals or live working docs to share with clients but there are workarounds as you can connect Bigin to many of Zoho's other products. I think this is not a deal-breaker considering Bigin is a simplified platform aimed at small business operators who don't have specialised IT knowledge to implement and administrate a CRM.

Pleasanty surprised, Loaded features!
I have had a very pleasant experience. Pleasantly surprised at the features available at a very reasonable cost.
Pros
Simplicity and ease of use and features to help a young company manage market outreach very well and track teams across boundaries.

“Perfect CRM for Startups: Simple and Effective”
I’ve been using Bigin for a while now, and it’s been the perfect solution for my startup. Unlike larger CRM platforms, which can be overwhelming with complex features I don’t need, Bigin keeps things simple and efficient. The interface is intuitive, and it focuses on the essentials like contact management, pipeline tracking, and task organization—everything I need to stay on top of my operations.
The affordability is a huge plus, especially for a small business like mine. Despite its simplicity, Bigin doesn’t compromise on quality. It’s easy to set up, and the integrations with tools like Outlook make managing client relationships seamless.
If you’re a startup or a small business looking for a straightforward CRM that just works without unnecessary complexity, I highly recommend Bigin!
Pros

•Great integrations (e.g., Outlook)
Cons

Great for small businesses
Pros
Bigin is easy to use and pretty user-friendly while still providing a lot of the needs that most companies will be looking for in a CRM. It gives you the ability to set up multiple funnels so your team can handle the job no matter what department they're in or what product/service you sell.
Cons
Setting up the automations and workflow can be a little confusing at first when you're looking to create something a little different than their templates.

Just Simple Enough
The best possible option for most freelancers, and among the best for fractional leaders. Incredibly painless for managing contacts. A little tweaking of the pipeline will allow it to do most of what you could need, especially with sales follow-up.
Pros
Very simple, clean, great for contact management and lead follow-up
Cons
It's a "lite" CRM, which is great if you're solo like I am, but your mileage may vary if you have a larger organization

I really want to love it.
Overall, in spite of the problems, I really like Bigin and am very happy I found it. I'd recommend it for sure. But I'm looking forward to the bugs getting fixed so I can like it more.
Pros
There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.
Cons
There are bugs, as in some things don't even work, important things. I've reported enough to make me feel like we're beta testers. But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard.
It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.

Seamless CRM for Sales
Being a noob on keeping my customer's data collectively. This tool helps me keeping it effortless.
Pros
The most favourite part of mine is the mobile application of the Bigin's CRM. Being a Sales person, I would always be clinging to my mobile rather than my laptop. Which has a very easy interface and it also helps me call logs of my every leads.
Cons
We find hard to import csv files in the modules. The data often gets skipped and it's very hard to find the origin of the issue. That's the only thing I found difficult.
