A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.

Compared to other PM tools, it's a lot easier to connect the dots with Zoho Porjects.2. It plugs right in if you're on a Zoho environment which is a great side benefit as you don't have to spend time or worry about issues with the integration

It's not as well-known as some of the other PM tools like Monday and Asana, so there's fewer support docs and ideas online. We could've benefitted from the ability to exchange ideas with other Projects users.

I really like that i can integrate other apps, like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox easily without any problems. Keeping track of the progress and resources needed on all tasks is important for a good workflow. Is important for to be able to assign staff from from other projects if a deadline is coming and keep track if any resources is needed. It is easy to use and assign tasks and easy for the staff update the progress.

What I like the most, is that it's much easier to use and especially introduce to workers that never even know or grasp any project management apps is. Not too mention the fact that it is very easy to train the team that having limited IT capability or knowledge.
