A hidden gem for managers
Excellent software witha good price point for small companies.
Pros
This software has really important tools which can be found in other software but done in a really accesible, enterprise connected way. Our company uses several zoho tools which had become essential in our functioning.
Cons
A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.

Easy to use and intuitive
It was excellent, I liked it, maybe in the future we will take it into account as our project manager. In the meantime we will use the free
Pros
I like the interface that is easy to use and understand for the end user, and it is also quite intuitive.
Cons
What I liked least is that it does not have the option of a real time timer to record the time. (It is worth mentioning that if it has a section to record a time manually)

First Time User's Experience
Neither of us had used Zoho Projects before, but I was very happy with the way the app helped us stay on track and complete our event.
Pros
This app was easy for me and my assistant to use to keep track of the many steps in a large, complex event we produced.
Cons
I had not used an app like this before, and Zoho Projects is set up to handle a wide variety of tasks, so it took a bit to understand which parts I needed and which parts I didn't need. But it all made sense.

Directors can customize it to meet the needs of their own projects because of its great...
To enhance workflows, it integrates with a multitude of third-party tools and other Zoho applications. For efficient research project management, these features are the cherry on top of Zoho Projects.
Pros
Zoho Projects' abundance of tools and ease of use make it easy to plan, follow, and finish research projects. The platform also supports task management, time tracking, and collaborative features. I can access all of our research files in one location with integrated document management. Project directors can monitor progress and make decisions in real time using project data, which is also very beneficial for project reporting and analytics.
Cons
Productivity can be negatively impacted by occasional lag or slow loading times, particularly on larger projects with numerous tasks and dependencies. Very practical but hugey underrated Project Management system
Zoho Projects has been a great addition to our PM efforts company-wide. As an expanding company, it's been wonderful to have a cloud-based and easy to use system where we can manage our tasks and projects. I think it's on par, if not better in most areas compared to other project management tools out there. I wholehartedly recommend it if you're not happy wth your current PM tool
Pros
1. The UI is very simplistic and easy to navigate even when you have lots of projects and dozens of task under each one. Compared to other PM tools, it's a lot easier to connect the dots with Zoho Porjects.2. It plugs right in if you're on a Zoho environment which is a great side benefit as you don't have to spend time or worry about issues with the integration
Cons
It's not as well-known as some of the other PM tools like Monday and Asana, so there's fewer support docs and ideas online. We could've benefitted from the ability to exchange ideas with other Projects users.
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Projects

Zoho Project Extensive Project Development Software
Overall, Zoho Projects is a solid project management tool, especially if you're already using other Zoho apps. It's feature-rich, affordable, and versatile enough to manage complex projects while being scalable for smaller teams. With some improvements to user-friendliness and mobile app functionality, it could become even more powerful. However, it provides a great balance of functionality and cost, making it a strong option for growing businesses or teams looking for a comprehensive project management solution.
Pros
Zoho Projects stands out for its intuitive interface, making project management efficient and straightforward. The Gantt charts, milestones, and task lists allow for easy project tracking, while the customization options give flexibility to align with specific workflows. Integration with other Zoho apps (like Zoho CRM) and third-party tools, such as Google Drive, enhances collaboration and productivity. The real-time collaboration features, including comments, chat, and file sharing, are very useful for team communication.
Cons
One downside is the learning curve for new users unfamiliar with the Zoho ecosystem. Some of the advanced customization features could be more user-friendly, and occasionally, the software can feel sluggish when dealing with large-scale projects or multiple users accessing simultaneously. Additionally, the mobile app lacks the full functionality of the desktop version, which may hinder on-the-go management.

ZOHO Projects Review
Pros
Zoho Projects is a highly effective tool for managing projects with ease and flexibility. Its features, like task management, Gantt charts, and time tracking, integrate seamlessly, helping teams stay organized and on schedule. The platform’s customization options and smooth integration with other Zoho apps streamline workflows, while real-time collaboration tools keep team communication efficient and centralized.
Cons
One downside of Zoho Projects is that it can feel a bit overwhelming initially due to its wide range of features, which might lead to a steeper learning curve for new users.
