QuickBooks on Impact!
My overall experience with QuickBooks Online was positive. It’s an intuitive and efficient platform that streamlined many bookkeeping tasks, from invoicing to bank reconciliations. Its cloud-based design allowed me to manage finances remotely, which was invaluable for keeping up with real-time data and collaborating effectively with the team at Impact. The automated features, like recurring transactions and direct bank feeds, saved time and reduced the risk of errors. While there were occasional limitations, like slower speeds during peak times and some restricted advanced features, QuickBooks Online was an effective tool that met most of our business needs and improved our overall financial management.
Pros
As a Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, what I liked most about QuickBooks Online was its user-friendly interface and cloud accessibility. It allowed me to manage financial data in real-time from anywhere, which was especially helpful when coordinating with clients remotely. QuickBooks Online also made reconciling accounts and generating reports straightforward and efficient, which streamlined the bookkeeping process and improved accuracy.
Cons
What I liked least about QuickBooks Online was its occasional lag, especially during peak usage times. This could slow down workflows, particularly when working on larger files or when multiple users were accessing the account simultaneously. Additionally, some advanced features are limited or only available in higher-tier plans, which sometimes meant workarounds were necessary for more complex accounting tasks.

Don't be lured from QB Desktop to Online. You won't like it.
Poorly designed program. There are much better options out there if Intuit is going to force people off Desktop with their ridiculous price increases.
Pros
Cloud based that I could access from anywhere
Cons
Just about everything else. It's menus are poorly designed, and even accounting professionals have difficulty figuring out how to enter various transactions. Something as simple as "Make deposit" or "Enter credit card transaction" requires digging. The reports are terrible. The initial Chart of Accounts that new clients are set up with is horrendous. Most small businesses don't need half the accounts they start you out with, and there is no way to Delete after they are set up. When you click on the dropdown menu to find the right account when entering a transaction, there is no rhyme nor reason to the order they show up in, unlike Desktop where the Assets were on top, then Liabilities, Equity, Income & Expense all sorted alphabetically. The column widths are not set correctly by default - some are way wider than they need to be, others like the Memo column are chopped off so you can't see half of what was entered there. You can then mess around with it to try and resize everything, but when you print it doesn't looks like the screen and is still not legible. Most CPA"s I know have just given up and instead export the report to Excel and them modify it there (big time waster). In addition, Intuit has ads embedded everywhere in their software to try and promote all their other products and services. They also try to lure clients over from Desktop with cheap initial pricing. We've all seen what they did with the Desktop pricing, which has gone up over 800% in 4 years. Never have I seen a company that had accumulated 25+ years of Goodwill with happy customers destroy their relationship with them in such a short period of time.

Best I've found but not as good as desktop
I've tried several online accounting software packages. This is the best, but still is lacking in tracking employee costs to projects.
Pros
Quickbooks is the most used small business accounting software. There are a lot of tips online.

QBO Expensive but Efficient for Well-Trained Bookkeepers
Overall, QBO is an efficient product and a well-trained bookkeeper could scale tremendously with this cloud based software. However, if you're new, you're going to get confused about the various levels of subscriptions. What new service will be behind a new paywall in the future?
Pros
QBO is pretty simple for the most part. There are advanced features available in the advanced version, but the simplicity remains true with a double-entry accounting system. Bank Feeds are absolutely great if used correctly. App Integration is plentiful.
Cons
We could not make QBO fit our construction workflows in the way we used them in Enterprise Desktop. Jobs and Items do not behave the same way. In addition, the costs feel expensive on a per-entity basis. Very expensive. Right now it makes more sense to pay a one-time fee for QuickBooks Desktop and have as many companies as you want.

QB Online Great for Beginners
Overall QB online is a cost-effective, user-friendly system which I will continue to use as our business grows. For reference, we have grown to multiple seven figures in revenue and will not be leaving QB anytime soon!
Pros
I have been using QB online since I first started our business in 2018 as a complete beginner. QB online has quite an intuitive interface and an excellent customer support service as needed. The online forums are also well answered so you can look things up as you need.
Cons
The mobile app does not allow you to access any payroll features. Also, there are times when the automatic banking download feed does not work correctly and you need manually enter any missed transactions. Lastly, they recently changed to being charged per employee at each payroll run, so if you have staff which are away, or part time workers, you have to manually change their status each payroll run so as to not get charged - this is a new change and a nuisance.

Not in like with QuickBooks
Unfortunately my customer service experience with them has been atrocious. Even their “trained” customer service representatives don’t know what they are doing.
Pros
Invoicing is very easy and it’s great to be able to import account transactions into QuickBooks online.
Cons
Complicated and convoluted steps to get from point A to point B. Horrible customer service. No follow up on customer service calls.
Reasons for Switching to QuickBooks Online
We started with QuickBooks on line and then did our payroll with Patriot because QB took months to get back to us to solve the processing issue we were having. We revisit their invoicing services continuously and if QB continues their horrible customer service I’ll be willing to for go having all of QB amenities.- Industry: Accounting

QBO is a game changer!
Overall, QuickBooks Online has been a game changer. It takes so much of the stress out of bookkeeping. Clients love how it frees up their time, automates processes, and simplifies tax prep. It’s easy to use once you’re up and running, and the ability to see exactly where your money is going with clear reports makes managing a business way less overwhelming. For me, it’s an essential tool I recommend to almost everyone.
Pros
The automation is a lifesaver. It pulls in bank transactions automatically, which means no more manual data entry. The ability to attach receipts directly to expenses is a huge bonus too, especially when it’s time for taxes. Everything’s in one place, and the reports are quick to run, giving a clear snapshot of your business whenever you need it.
Cons
The learning curve can be a bit steep at first, especially if you’re moving from Excel or another system. Some clients have felt a little overwhelmed getting everything set up, but once you’re past that, it’s really smooth. Also, the pricing can feel high for small businesses just starting out, especially if you add on extra features like payroll.

A true gamechanger for our small business
Absolute time save and so easy to use. Our company used to operate Sage instead but when our admin lady left it fell to my partner and I (managers and also engineers on the shopfloor) to deal with the day to day so we decided to switch to Quickbooks. It has saved us so much time, streamlined all out processes and made everything so much more straight forward that we didn't even need to even replace the admin lady.
Also value for money vs what we were pating for with Sage is just night and day.
Finally, the vast array of softwares which integrate with Quickbooks is brilliant. The main one we use is Pleo for our petty cash and it downloads all transactions seemlessly into Quickbooks. No hassle!
Pros
So easy to manage almost everry part of our business. Makes VAT returns a doddle and all banking transactions are imported automatically

I wish this wasn’t the default software
It is really buggy. It skipped some of my captures from my bank accounts and it double counted some of what I was capturing without it actually being double entry. It threw off my numbers by forcing me to integrate with PayPal.
Pros
I like that it integrates with a lot of platforms.
Cons
It is a bloated software that is overly complicated and yet is so crucial for so many small business owners to use. It’s a system that makes it requirement practically that a small business owner has to hire a expert to set it up and manage it. This is not feasible nor is it new small business owner friendly.

QuickBooks Online I'd have it no other way!
I moved from running a rental business on a Desktop version to running Healthcare company on the Online version and its just so much easier and less time consuming - reports are easier to run and you can manipulate the data you need for what your business is for.
Pros
With QBO you have the ability to have all of our data saved without the worry of losing everything from a crashed computer. Also, it's so much easier to log in and get all your Realtime reporting. Features are easier than the desktop version.
Cons
Right now, I don't feel there is anything that needs improvement - possibly the ability for more different types of reports but even then, it could be there and I just have not found it yet.

QBO stinks
When I used the old desktop version, I could look forward to reconciling my bank statement to the penny. All that change with the online version. With it, reconciling became such an impossible task that I only knew what was in the bank by using the bank's app. QBO would be off by thousands of dollars. They will offer you a bookkeeper to fix the mess for you for several thousand dollars, witch I don't have, or you will have to leave it with an accountant to try to figure out. Either way, you're going to pay. Tax time is a real mess. Plus never really knowing how your business is doing. It seemed like every entry is counted twice. I sat thru hours of help videos on you tube to try and figure this trainwreck out but it never made sense to me that a company that is named Intuit could be so Un intuitive. If you are a small business, I would look at other accounting software company's to work with. Once you get started with this one and you want to change to another you will have to pay for a conversion of your QBO file to something else and that NEVER goes well Trust me. Do your homework and find something else from the start.
Pros
Remotely sending invoice to a customer and getting payment online is very enticing. The desktop version can only do that with the aid of another app. The idea of tracking milage is also a nice add on if it were accurate.
Cons
I used QB desktop for 25 years and really found it helpful but they steered me toward the online version and things went downhill fast. They have to convert your old file to the new layout and they made a hash of my file. I had to hire local "Expert" to try to fix it at my expense. The chart of accounts was changed drastically. The time saving features didn't materialize. They only thing that was constant was the need for another expert at my expense.

Quickbooks is automated and easy
I really have enjoyed using Quickbooks Online to do our accounting tasks in a simplified manner, during our time using it and as a real estate organization, it's difficult to keep track of every expense, but with Quickbooks it has been easy to keep an eye on everything and have good analytics and reports about our performance and our income. The tools offered by Quickbooks are so intuitive and allows us to grow financially thanks to its automated features that cut a lot of the time and energy that we can spend finding more clients and engaging with them.
Pros
Quickbooks Online is an easy-to-use platform that changes the way our finances are done. I specially like the way everything is simplified from the desktop version (which if you have already used, this one will be very easy to get used to), and having one single place to organize all of our bills and pay them right on the website is so beneficial to us because we don't have to go through other applications to do so, just by allowing Quickbooks to make this process for us we already save so much time.
Another favorite feature of mine is the option to manage all our taxes inside the platform and we have been able to contact their customer support when we have any question about our taxes, which is amazing. Additionally, I love that it has so many integrations with different apps that just make everything more convenient to use because it allows us to complete our tasks efficiently and the synchronization of data goes smoothly.
Cons
I wish it was more cost efficient, despite all the amazing features that it includes in its variety of plans, the price is still quite high and not customizable to what we actually need, I wish they added more customization features to the pricing plans so that it can be adjusted accordinly to our budget. Aside from that, sometimes there are issues loading the data when you first open the platform, this has happened quite often and it is something that bothers me but it's still a great program.

If you are an attorney, just go with Clio Accounting; Quickbooks might be longer in business,...
Why is QB becoming so expensive? I originally chose QB because of loyalty to Intuit. I tried for a while but trying to get my finances in order after so long of commingling my business and personal accounts became too much. When I decided to try it again recently, now I am far priced out as a small business and as far as I know, the services are the same. I found the price hike highly disappointing. It was a good time to find out Clio began offering accounting for attorneys
Pros
I liked that it integrates with Clio as well as the other intuit product line; the interface is fairly navigable, but i am unsure the pros outweigh certain drawbacks

QuickBooks Online - A Product Not Maintained
In ten years with QuickBooks Online, I never had to contact their Online Support. After seeing issues with the way QuickBooks Online was performing their accounting functions, I was informed there were over 10,000 errors in the database. Maintenance of the online database in the cloud is QuickBooks responsibility, not mine. After they requested I pay for fixing of their online database, I knew I was done with this company.
Pros
QuickBooks Online has numerous positive features and ton of automation. My HOA used QuickBooks Online for ten years.
Cons
QuickBooks Technical Department was not able to maintain their Online Cloud Database. After seeing numerous errors in the way QuickBooks Online was performing accounting, I contacted QuickBooks Online Technical Support. They informed me their was over 10,000 errors in the database they were tasked with maintaining. Then they insisted I pay between $850 to $1,350 to fix the database they were suppose to maintain on an ongoing basis. I informed them I needed to be with a more reliable & responsible company, so I cancelled after 10 years of use and moved to another online accounting product.

Not as intuitive or user friendly as I'd hoped
If I had a chance to consider other accounting options for my business, I would absolutely look into them. I've found Quickbooks to be marketed as an easy to use tool for small business, but the reality there's way more technical knowledge that isn't particularly clear how to use, and I would imagine most people will run into things they aren't sure how to solve, and thus Quickbooks is trying to make more money on the back end by charging for help to use their tool.
Pros
I like that in theory, it's set up for relatively easy access as a small business with an affordable price for the basic package, I like the interface, but it is quite a bit more complex than I'd first thought.
Cons
Quickbooks has so many things built-in that aren't clear how to use for a small business owner without lots of experience with the platform or accounting. There are features that are excluded in the basic package which seem like unreasonable limitations. Making revisions within Quickbooks to invoices/payments in the past without having it impact your account reconciliation is not clear and can be quite frustrating. The fact that Quickbooks charges for assistance for things like that is silly - the product isn't intuitive or clear enough to not provide free customer support. The reality is that it's not user friendly enough to stumble through without help, so I've had to work with my CPA/business consultant to solve certain issues which is equally frustrating.

Cookie cutter as it gets.
You can tell that QuickBooks is starting to integrate directly with other services which has its pros and cons. The fact that it’s prettty specific on certain integrations makes it seem more like a limiting monopoly than a truly large business asset you can’t live without. It’s pretty telling when any good accountant dreads having to work within QuickBooks to do any accounting. It’s more of a hub for people that need basic, limiting accounting, that are willing to integrate other apps that have partnered or are owned by QuickBooks. The cost you pay you would think their would be more of a CRM integration with QuickBooks or a sister product for overall business management and quoting/invoicing. However, we’re planning to totally move away because the cost has gotten insane.
Pros
The ease of access, desktop to mobile. The loan options they have were pretty cool, and were better deals than other banks.
Cons
Where do I start? Everything is extremely limiting and cookie cutter. It’s very expensive for not having any sort of customization of invoices or estimates. The fact you can hardly get ahold of a live person that isn’t just a call center tech is aggravating. QuickBooks needs to understand that a business presentation to a client can make or break jobs, yet it gives very limiting options to how you can present.

I talked to one person who told me to cancel my merchant account, which I'd been using for 4+ years, because they couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. After over an hour on the phone this representative had me cancel my account and informed me that he would call me in 3 business days, once the cancelation could process, one Monday at 1:00pm and set up a new merchant account for me.
Three days later a different Quickbooks rep called me to schedule an appointment to set up my merchant account. I informed her I already had an appointment with the gentleman I spoke with a few days ago, he knows what's going on with everything. She said she didn't know what I was referring to and so I set up an appointment for a couple of days later.
Finally, I got a call to set up my merchant account so I can start invoicing like I have been for the last few years and accepting card payment through an emailed link. I am informed that because I am setting up a new account, I no longer get the same rates/fees as I had before because those were grandfathered in with my old account. So now, instead of my $15.00 cap on AHC transactions that I had had and been using for over 3 years, had been replaced with a 1% fee on all AHC transactions. I am a General Contractor and most of the invoices people pay are $10,000.00 or more which means now instead of paying $15.00 on that transaction I pay $100.00.
The lady who set up my new merchant account, of course, has no idea why the original person I spoke with had me cancel the account in the first place but that there was nothing she could do to help me and nobody she could transfer me to would be able to help figure out why the person had me cancel my merchant account or help me reinstate my original fee structure.
It's very suspicious how this all happened, and I will be looking for alternative Accounting software.
Pros
Quickbooks has sufficed as a basic, constantly changing, discombobulated bookkeeper/invoicing platform.
Cons
Nobody that can be gotten a hold of to resolve issues know what is going on with the company they work for or have the knowledge or power to do anything about it.

Quickbooks Online is your one stop shop!
I enjoy using Quickbooks. We have not tried another book keeping software so I am not sure if others are better, but we don't have any plans on changing anytime soon.
Pros
Quickbooks Online is your one stop shop for business accounting and operations. We have used quickbooks since 2014 for our businesses. It has amazing features to help automate the process such as uploading bank statements so you don't have to make manual entries
Cons
I dislike the fact that If i am invoicing several businesses at once, I have to individually do the invoices. I wish there was a screen that I can make ONE INVOICE and apply it to several different companies and send. (In our business, it is common that we provide a same cost service to multiple companies at a time). This would help effiency for us.

QBO, Why? Because I had to.
QuickBooks online is easy to use. The auto shorting of my transactions to their vendors makes bookkeeping painless. There are a few times that I wish the system would not have done something for me but was easy to correct.
Pros
Easy to access my books any where. If I am traveling, I can pull up information on my phone or my laptop. No need to have that .QBO file. I just need internet.
Cons
Although I love the flexibility I have with QBO. I did not like that I really had no other option. I could not update my desktop version without paying for Enterprise(which I do not need). The only thing I could do was move to the cloud. I would have liked to choose for myself.

Best Software for Businesses, however not for personal finances
I had purchased multiple accounts after speaking with a representative. I did one for our business, and they had told me that I could manage our personal finances on the other one. I found that using this software to try and manage personal finances was not as great as other software out there. However for business, this is hands down the best software that I had used. I recommend this for businesses, however do not recommend them for personal finances to help build budgets and have more control.
Pros
Quickbooks has great automation features and the ability to connect a wide range of accounts for your business.
Cons
As a newer customer not as familiar with QuickBooks, I found that navigating at times was sometimes difficult until you learn the buttons or locations.

QuickenReasons for Switching to QuickBooks Online
I have always heard about quickbooks for business. When I reached out to a QuickBooks rep, they were able to explain how the software could help me. The only downside to that is they had also told me that I could use this for keeping track of our personal finances. I found for personal finances it was not as good of a software compared to others.- Industry: Professional Training & Coaching

QB still remains the Boss of Accounting Software Systems!
I am enjoying using the online version and look forward to all the incentives for bringing and setting up clients, like revenue share and affiliate commissions. QB still remains the easiest and most valued bookkeeping software that I will recommend. There are video tutorials for literally everything.
Pros
I love how everything updates automatically for the client when entering as the accountant. Bank reconciliations are an absolute breeze as well when you link bank accounts.
Cons
I miss being able to use the standard shortcuts that are available with the desktop version making things easier to keep your hands on the keyboard for faster entry. I am learning a few alternatives though as I go.
Reasons for Choosing QuickBooks Online
Expanding my clients and needed to upgrade my desktop software anyways. Plus QB Accountant is free for what I need currently and I receive revenue shares and affiliate commissions.Switched From

I have a great experience with QuickBooks
I’ve been using QuickBooks Online for my small business, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The software simplifies complex accounting tasks like invoicing, tracking expenses, and running payroll. I really appreciate how it automates many processes, saving me a lot of time. One of the features I like most is the cloud-based access—I can manage my finances from anywhere, which is a huge plus, especially when traveling or working remotely. The integration with other tools, like PayPal, has been seamless, which makes managing transactions easier. However, there is a bit of a learning curve, especially when it comes to navigating the more advanced features. It took me a while to fully utilize all the reports and data management options. That said, the customer support has been responsive and their help resources, like tutorials, are pretty helpful. The pricing is decent for what you get, but I find it can get expensive as you add users or features, such as payroll or inventory management.
Pros
1.Easy invoicing and expense tracking
2.Cloud-based access for remote work
3.Integration with popular platforms like PayPal
4.Responsive customer support
Cons
1.Steeper learning curve for advanced features
2.Can become pricey with add-ons

User-Friendly and Reliable, but May Struggle with Complex Business Needs
We’ve had a positive experience with QuickBooks Online. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has become an essential tool for our accounting needs. We review our subscriptions annually, and it’s a service we plan to keep using due to its functionality and ease of use.
Pros
QuickBooks Online is extremely user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to manage our finances. The cloud-based access is convenient, and it integrates well with other software, streamlining our accounting processes. It’s great for invoicing, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports quickly.
Cons
Some advanced features are only available in the accounting view, which can be limiting for users who may also have accounting responsibilities but don’t have access to this view. Additionally, as your business grows in size or complexity, especially with multiple subsidiaries, QuickBooks Online may not be robust enough to handle more intricate financial requirements.

Works well but frustrating updates
Overall I don't mind it, and I get what I need from the system for invoicing and payments, as well as expense tracking. What I really do not like is the constant changes and updates without notice - especially when it affects the layout and I have to relearn how to use it.
Pros
For the most part the system is simple to use, and it easily lets us send invoices and receive payments from our customers.
Cons
I really dislike the constant aesthetic changes to the site, especially when there was no reason to make a change. For example, a more recent change was "updating to a more modern look" - but it completely changed the layout of our invoicing screen, making it much more difficult to navigate and make sure all the required items are put in correctly. Also, you don't have the option to change the layout back to a previous version - you're just stuck with the new one - which is so frustrating.
It seems like as soon as you get used to one thing changing they make another change - without notice - and you have to learn the system all over again. In my work I truly don't have time to relearn how to use a system that should be easy to use. Very frustrating.

QuickBooks Online isn't hard ;)
I use QuickBooks Online almost daily, and the reporting, integration with my CRM, and the communication conduit with my bookkeeper makes my finance tasks less painful.
Pros
It is relatively easy to use for someone who is not an accountant or bookkeeper.
Cons
Although I stated it is easy to use, there are times when functions and features are not intuitive to find.

Quickbooks Online for Small Business Accounting
QBO online is my preferred software for accounting for small businesses. I prefer QBO to any other software I have used.
Pros
QBO is easy to use and understand for clients even if they are not accountants. They can see their bookkeeping at any time with QBO.
Cons
Sometimes there is a learning curve for clients. I wish there was a way to create a simpler dashboard for them.
Reasons for Switching to QuickBooks Online
QBO is far easier to work with in my opinion. Excel does not have automatic integrations and I find Xero to be less intuitive.- Industry: Accounting

Mostly positive, not perfect
Overall positive; it has all the functionality and tools youd want/need. Project tracking and its integration with financial statements could be streamlined (like you have to allocate payroll time to projects before runing payroll for it to allocate on the financials correctly and that information is buried to find). Wouldnt recommend payroll services, but as an accounting and data management system QBO is great. The ability to easily addd team members and accountants is great.
Pros
Ease of sharing and integration; bank feeds are good when they work
Cons
Customer support is questionable and relies on canned responses to most things that are google-able by the user and have already been attempted. PNC is a major bank and the bank feed connections with it suck. If you can even get it connected they frequently get disconnected. I understand its pnc's structure and security but theyre a major bank and it should be smoother. Also the payroll options are horrendous and if anything goes awry goodluck trying to get it fixed since most things are locked and not viewable or manually fixable and require support who barely know what theyre doing (especially a problem for Ohio and PA local taxes)

User friendly Quickbooks for Small Business
What really sets QuickBooks Online apart, is its array of video tutorials. Whenever I've hit a snag or needed a little extra guidance, the video tutorials have been a lifesaver. They're easy to follow, breaking down complex tasks into simple, step-by-step instructions. This feature has significantly reduced my troubleshooting time and helped me become more confident in using the software.
Pros
I absolutely love Quickbooks for its user-friendly interface and extensive resources that make managing finances quick and easy along with a fantastic array of video tutorials
Cons
I believe Quickbooks should create a few standard chart of account with sub categories to help new inexperience users get started in managing their accounts with ease.

Still Waiting for Seamless Platform Utility + Better Features
The overall experience has been okay. From an accessibility standpoint, it is a step up from QuickBooks Desktop. That said, it still seems that the platform is far off from seamless usage and highly-advantageous features.
Pros
QuickBooks Online notably provides key accessibility benefits. The platform itself is easy to navigate around, and often quick at responding. QB seems to be continuing creating updates + new features.
Cons
QuickBooks Online has become increasingly difficult to use. Their ongoing development + updates is a good thing, however, oftentimes it creates a very buggy user experience. For example, some features will work one day, not work the next, then return a week later.
Really dislike that we no longer can open invoices by clicking on the line item, but have to navigate over to the View/Edit button over to the right.
Always hoping for the release of granular permissions / access controls, but not sure it is coming.

If you have to update your payment, prepare to lose your entire account
Pitiful and frustrating, can't get anyone other that general technical support on the phone and they don't give a shit that I am locked out of our business account due to they own system failing with no safe guard in place to avoid it.
Pros
Nothing at the moment, considering I have been booted from my account. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Cons
Had a credit card cancelled and tried updating QB to our new card, it would not accept a new card in their system, they promised it was on their end and they were working on it, nothing happened and they suspended my account and I no longer have access to it.

Convenient and User-Friendly
Overall, my experience with QuickBooks Online has been very positive. It’s a powerful tool that balances ease of use with robust functionality. The accessibility and integrations have significantly improved my ability to manage finances efficiently. While there are occasional challenges in navigating the reporting features, they are outweighed by the benefits the software provides. Over time, as you get used to its layout and features, it becomes an indispensable tool for financial management.
Pros
What I like most about QuickBooks Online is its ease of use, making it accessible even for those who aren’t accounting experts. The fact that I can access it from anywhere is incredibly convenient, especially when I need to manage finances on the go. The integrations with other tools and services are also a huge plus, streamlining many aspects of my business operations.
Cons
The downside is that sometimes it can be tricky to find the right report or to filter out the exact information I need. However, this does tend to improve as you become more familiar with the software. It’s a minor learning curve, but one worth noting.
