Inventory management for SME+
Pros
Powerful yet easy to learn and manage - Lovely interface.
Very useful to grow (and grow with) your business.
Seamless integration with Zoho Books.
Cons
Not the best for managing large, technical inventory. Although composite items are available, it is a bit cumbersome to switch between the two.
Needs better integration with Zoho Commerce. The two should become one product for those that need an online store. Zoho Inventory would make a good backend for the eCommerce site.

So far it’s great!
I was referred by a friend. She uses it and spoke highly of it.
Pros
It’s the perfect way to manage my inventory! I own a small business I have to handle many jobs, this handles a big job for me! Love it!
Cons
Getting use to it was hard for me. But I get it now! My team understood it faster then I did! So far that’s the only issue!

Great Integration with other Zoho Products
Keeping track of orders for keys versus key blanks in stock is now solved.
Pros
We only send a small number of parcels a month and its mainly keys to code for our Locksmith Business. However, I find Zoho Inventory a great help in keeping track of these orders and levels of key blanks in stock.
The intregration with other Zoho Products is excellent.

Easy to use and affordable
As I mentioned before, its probably the only software affordable that includes all the necessary features to run a small company like mine.
Pros
Integration with Shopify very easy. Pricing affordable with many features for a small company to afford.

An excellent tool that makes selling and keeping track of my stock very easy!
It just makes doing business easier. Saves time and helps to make more money.
Pros
I can store all my products, invoice and track shipping, payments, and delivery all in one location. It just makes the whole invoicing, sale right through to delivery process easier! And the integrations to various platforms
Cons
I linked zoho crm, but I am unable to bill directly to someone who is in my crm from inventory, I had to add the client manual.

Zoho Inventory Great for the integration
Customer support is lacking, a lot of web help from other users, google it, you'll find the answer if tech support fails.
Pros
I love how it integrates into the rest of the ZOHO Platform. Using ZOHO/ONE is a low cost way to get all of the features of ZOHO.
Cons
I don't use Inventory for the webstore features, which could possibly be the best use of it, however I just wish the serial number features could track for rental purposes of the items.

Love this software! Really useful.
To manage and monitor inventory reports on a daily and weekly basis!
Pros
I use this software at the studio to monitor and manage inventory reports, and easily access data and plans for our daily, weekly and monthly schedules, especially delivering photographic equipment, receiving orders and monitoring the overall process.
Cons
The price! It could be a better deal, more cheap. I find it a bit expensive. But apart from this, I am happy with this product!

Efficiency at a higher level
Overall we were pleasantly surprised by Zoho and the end to end tracking helps immensely.
Pros
The single greatest thing that we found to make Zoho stand out from the rest was the dashboard. We absolutely loved every aspect and option it provided.
Cons
The only thing I can think of would be the reports option the app provided. Just took some time setting it up with outlook.

Almost there
Helped us with our inventory, quotes and sales orders. Ultimately switched to another product with more control over selling units and templates.
Pros
Ease of use, online access, cost. Simple to implement. Informative reports.
Cons
To sell as different units had to create different item code and bundle/unbundle. Would like more control over templates - the built in ones take up too many pages when numerous items. To search as typing have to know how an item is named.

It NEVER worked!
Horrendous
Pros
I only considered Zoho Inventory because of the Inventory integration with multiple Shopify stores but It never worked on more than 1 store.
Cons
Besides having paid $250 for a product that never worked, the customer service is very slow. They say they will contact their developers and have the issue fix overnight, they ask for screenshots of everything but NEVER SOLVE ANYTHING.

Not Clean, Not Intuitive
Sadly, although Zoho Inventory is clumsy, awkward, and anything but user friendly, its still is, for now at least, the best inventory platform on the market and that is why I will continue using it.
Pros
Its difficult for me to write too many positives about Zoho Inventory, but what I will say that it is robust. It is feature rich. There is a great deal of information that can be recorded and documented with Zoho Inventory. And, sadly enough for those of us who need to keep track of inventory, its probably the best Inventory Platform on the market.
Cons
When it comes to keeping track of my farm inventory I like clean, easy, and intuitive. None of which, in my mind at least, describes Zoho Inventory. While it is robust, its also clumsy. I suppose if I were to devote the time to learning how to use it well it would be worth the time spent, as a farmer, I'm just too busy. That is why I find myself to be disappointed with Zoho Inventory. While it is the best Inventory Platform I've found, that isn't because it's great, its only because its better than the rest, which is saying little.

Great for Small Business Owners
I needed to have more control searching for information and understanding how purchases and sales were connected to each other. Excel had the information but it wasn't easy to search for.
Pros
Being able to connect purchase orders, sales orders, customers, and payments together. It makes it easier to search for information, generate reports, and track sales & money spent. It makes handling my administrative processes quick and easy.
Cons
I wish there are additional minor customization that could be made. Importing sales information could use more documentation and takes some testing to understand. I wish I could import old sales information from previous years without it affecting the monthly orders limit.

Excellent for wholesale sellers
I currently use the free version of Zoho Inventory as that's all I need at the moment. As my business scales, I will explore paying for Zoho Inventory when the integration with PayPal has been worked out.
Pros
Zoho Inventory makes it easy to keep track of inventory, sales, and best sellers. Reports are intuitive and easy to run and make monitoring the performance of my business very easy.
Cons
I do wish there was a little better integration with some services. For example, I utilize PayPal Here for payments. Zoho Inventory only integrates with PayPal Payments Pro and Payflow. I've attempted to send invoices using Zoho Inventory and the regular PayPal integration, but it doesn't work unfortunately.

Pros
I’m a big fan of all of the branches to Zoho. Same goes for the inventory application, I can easily add/delete and manage inventory items and merge them into my Zoho CRM. Capatability is amazing.
Cons

Did not work for us
Overall it's a very bad experience. Worst part is that the customer support is very bad too at Zoho.
Pros
One of the big reasons we signed up with Zoho One was Zoho Inventory. We thought we'd use it to do our inventory management and order processing, but it failed in both aspects. So nothing to like about it really.
Cons
It is very rigid and old school inventory system. It's more for big manufacturing factories looks like with the traditional inventory processes. We wanted to keep inventory of parts of a product, we wanted inventory to get reduced once we receive new orders, we wanted to integrate with other apps, we wanted it to streamline our order management, but we weren't able to do any of those things with Zoho Inventory. We had to use Zoho CRM for all these things.

Inventory Management Software
With Zoho inventory, my company shifted from being an excel management user to a full software-based system. Items are better tracked and Payables are kept on track.
Pros
The ability to create PO and track them from the moment a PO is made till the inventory was received to the customer.
Ability To make group items based on different categories such as size and patterns
The package services is also a great introduction
Cons
It should give us more item description. i.e when sending a supplier the PO we should send him an attachment of the item description and specifications.
Hope it allows us to assign the same PO to multiple customers based on % base

Zoho is great for the affordable price
Overall, for the very cheap price, this is well worth it.
Pros
It is very easy to use and set up. The customer support is good. It is very affordable. I really enjoy web-based/cloud systems - makes it so much easier.
Cons
I was under the assumption there was a free version. After actually going in and starting to set it all up, I realized it is a free trial for 14 days. I do not feel that was clearly communicated. Regardless, the cost per year is very, very cheap compared to most of the other inventory management systems out there. Also, I cannot seem to use my own templates which means I have to redo it all in Zoho.

Easy to Use
We are having multiple warehouses and lots of perishable inventories so wanted to have both the functionality. We are getting both these functionality so this was a great experience. Integration with magento didn't work as somehow kloudconnector didn't sync data even if data is added multiple times and the connection shows successful. Kloudconnect didn't reply to the email raised for solution or help.
Pros
The software is easy to use. There are lots of tutorials available so it can be learnt easily. Having a mobile app is a great advantage. The speed and smoothness of the application impress much.
Cons

Good As a Bundle With Other Zoho Softwares But Could Be Made More Industry Specific
Overall it was an average experience, could have been better if the specific features could be added through the interface.
Data entry for multiple items is a lot of hassle since we have many items and each item has to be feeded individualy. Would be better if we can upload the items data through a self created template.

Very user-friendly!
Pros
The interface is very clean and easy to navigate. The process of logging in sales is also quite simple. It does a good job of providing a bird's eye view of the inventory situation.
Cons
The data entered cannot be analyzed in great detail. We wished we could download the entire data so that we could filter and analyze it according to our requirements so that it made our work simpler. But unfortunately, it does not allow us to do this.

Zoho inventory modul is very good tool for efficient driving own Business!
Usability, connectivity with other modules. Mobile AND Desktop Version!
Pros
I like the strategy of ZOHO in their business model. The possibility to connect different Solutions (modules) with each other, and use this connectivity to develop own work flow. As a small start-up (3 persons) we are happy to use zoho Tools for free. In the beginning of our Business it's very important to have the solution like ZOHO. We can't pay after 4 month of work. If the Trial period could end, we would have to change to usual open source solutions with tabeles. One thing I can say, I would never change this system, if I have build my business on it's basis. But I need more time to be able to pay for this service.
Cons
I would like to use this solution in another language. In this case I talk about russian language. If you have some Project on GitHub, I would like to help to translate! Until today I didn't found some serios cons.
Thank you!

Seems like a very good product. I have never used it before, and it can be overwhelming.
Have not got it yet, but i know that it will save us some time when we get it up and running smoothly.
Pros
Seems like it has a lot of features and i am looking forward using it in 2018. It has a lot of automation compared to a local software that we are currently using. We are expanding fast, and that's why we want to use zoho inventory, to get as much as possible automated and speed up all processes. Very exited!
Cons
We have never used zoho before, and it can defiantly be a bit overwhelming when trying it out for the first time(first period). Sometimes it seems like it has too many functions, but that is probably not the case when you reach the need for those things.
Also i find it a bit difficult to sync all the programs that zoho offers. Like the CRM with the Inventory.

Not as useful as expected.
I can update my inventory in all of my marketplaces easily.
Pros
I like that I can update all of my inventory in marketplaces all at once as I have several shops. Updating products is fairly straight forward.
Cons
I dislike that the order screen has to be used. I don't use invoices, and I prefer to use ShipStation for my shipping as it utilizes barcodes or order tracking which is so much faster, so I don't really need anything with the order screen. I wish it just updated my inventory as sold and had the option to not even have the orders area. I'm afraid that marketplaces will be notified when I don't want them to, as they are already being notified by my other services. I'm still really trying it out, but so far it's not exactly what I need.
