I have trained a couple of new employees on how to use AO to generate parcel lists efficiently and the ease of the product makes my job easier. Exporting the data that pertains to the parcel list is extremely vital, and AO's export functionality is seamless and easy to use. > > **Cons**: Exporting parcel images functionality has not worked for quite some time and has not been able to be replicated on AO's end even though it is happening on multiple computers and accounts on our end. Also, exported parcel images come in individual zip files which is time consuming when I am working on a parcel list of 200 or more because I have to create a new folder, unzip the export and drage the images into the new folder. The colors of some layers seem to be the same shade if not the same color which can be time consuming to verify. > > I really enjoy the product because nothing in the industry compares to it.
