Best To-Do list handler.
Overall it is a good experience using Zoho Notebook and other Zoho Applications like Zoho People and all.
Pros
It is a good tool to organize personal and professional To-Do lists. Also very helpful if we are working on a Group Project.
Cons
Every feature provided by Zoho Notebook is top-notch but when I am out of storage I need to buy its paid membership which is slightly costly for me.

Organize your life with digital ease with Zoho Notebook!
I enjoy using Zoho Notebook because it is very simple. the design is nice and there are not too many bells and whistles. This results in my actually using it! And not having to spend time figuring out how to use it!
Pros
Zoho Notebook is very easy to use and has a low learning curve. It was great for transferring notes from other applications -- what drew me to it in the first place -- and creating new ones. It can keep your digital life very organized and it has a great color code system for note taking and accessing important documents.
Cons
There was not much not to like about Zoho Notebook. It is a very straight forward for your note taking and organization.

Zoho Notebook
Overall I would say it is a good tool for notetaking specially if you run different departments because you can organize them as you go. It is also very helpful during meetings. I think there is still room for a lot of improvement.
Pros
I like that its very simple. They are also some feature you can use such as audio and video if you have the need. I love that I can separate my notes into different notebooks and that you can have attachments in the notes.
Cons
The share button for email was a let down. It does not work. I tried sharing my notes and we never received them via email.

Visually Appealing
Zoho Notebook is a solid note-taking app with a beautiful interface. Its recent update with integrations enhanced is utility overall. However, the absence of certain feature may make it less suitable for more complex workflows

I like the design and how visually appealing it is. The notebook style layout is great for organizing different types of note

While it offers various integrations, I found that some advanced features present in other note-taking apps are missing, which can limit its functionality for complex tasks

Sorting note and idea with Zoho Notebook
Working with this software in managing my ideas, note and web-clip really let me to be more effective in those area. It has cloud storage that let me to save my note on my phone, then continue working with it from my computer or tablet.
Pros
I love taking a snapshot of website design or the marketing creative advertisement, and Zoho Notebook web clipper really help me to manage all the snapshot and organize it to its categorize and the date taken. It is really important for me, as i can referring back to the snapshot when i need idea for my marketing product.
Cons
Not many option for exporting my notes outside the software. I can only satisfies with the PDF option for working with my note with other software. The viewing option is also lack of option, as i can't set the viewing to 'details' as it will help me to see all the note better. An option to grouping the note also can help with organizing all my notes.
