It offers many of the features I was looking for in ServiceTitan, but at a much more affordable price point of around $50 per month. I can manage scheduling, dispatching, customer records, memberships, and payment plans all from one platform. One of my favorite features is the ability to set up monthly and yearly memberships for customers, as well as payment plans for larger projects. This helps customers move forward with work they may not be able to pay for all at once. The custom tags are extremely useful for organizing customers by service type, property type, location, maintenance plans, and more. I also appreciate the ability to pass processing fees along to customers when needed. Our office team and our field teams have been able to replace a largely paper based system with this online, backed up tool. They now are saving hours on their days and have increased communication efficiency. For the capability that Crew provides - it is very well priced as you can manage this by the number of crews you allocate licenses to. You can add or adjust the crews' schedules on the fly and add notes and pictures easily while in the field doing quality control. Our customers love the automatic notification system they receive. The value is essentially $1/day/crew, no brainer. Without a doubt worth it. > > **Cons**: Crew Control has a few odd and end things that we wish we had a little more control over. We would like to be able to emphasize notes on job cards that might just be a one time note versus a note that is there every service. If you don't make sure to read it, it is hard to tell the difference. The other thing that often bothers ours customers about the automatic notification is that there is not a way to automatically tell them what type of service is being performed. Whether is be routine maintenance, pine straw, weed control, etc. it only gives a basic notification. I do know if you have a single specific message you want to send, you can add an explanation in the middle, would just be nice for it to tell the customer what type of service they are receiving automatically. > > Our overall experience has been fantastic.
