> **Pros**: The system is very user friendly and also very accurate.  The implementation team is wonderful to work with and get things taken care of in a very timely manner.  I could not have asked for a better experience.

> **Pros**: What we liked about tradeseal was that it was to integrate with ServiceTitan.  However, we have been live for a year now and have not been able to get one full cycle payroll back into ServiceTitan

> **Cons**: Customer Support.  We have yet to be able to run certified payroll... the setup was ridiculous.  The "proofing" of the payroll batch is silly, clicking into each employee rather than there being a proof report.  We have over 100 employees.  Oh and you have to pay for ALL EMPLOYEES that you have had for the last year - not just active ones... Unless you delete all of the employee historical data manually and then delete the employee.

> We are currently looking for another vendor to help solve what we need done.  Our overall experience has been quit a roller coaster.
