> **Pros**: Factorium CMMS is real mobile-first on all platforms. Mobile designed to provide Easy to use on mobile or mobile devices. User Interface is excellently designed, very user friendly. Working on mobile has a simple workflow, maintenance technicians rarely need to learn how to use it. It can be used almost immediately after downloading and getting a User Login Password.The program can choose to manage work orders to the team by the supervisor specifying the name of the mechanic who will go to work by himself or can set the system to use automatically, specifying the department, type of machine, type of job, or specifying as the main person responsible for that machine. otherPreventive maintenance work can be planned and planned in detail. Can be viewed in both Calendar View and Project View.Able to specify a list of technicians who will be responsible for maintenance in advance and there is an automatic notification system to go to the technician in charge. ahead of the planned period as well as being able to identify the tools that need to be deployed during preventive maintenance work.Factorium CMMS can input equipment information very detailed, can specify expiration date of warranty, can create equipment numbering system according to owner's original use and can be used to generate QR Code, can get the same number, attached user manual or repair manual document friends at need.
