Additionally, the bot often sent random characters or symbols, struggled with understanding key aspects despite extensive training, and even generated incorrect product prices on multiple occasions. The lack of effective support and the refusal to offer a refund further added to the negative experience, making it difficult to rely on Orimon AI as a trustworthy solution. > > I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Orimon. The bot is overly focused on collecting leads right from the start of the conversation, rather than allowing a natural flow where the customer can first learn about and be convinced by the product. This rush to gather information is off-putting and doesn’t foster customer trust. Additionally, I’ve encountered multiple issues where the bot sends random characters and symbols, making the conversation confusing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the bot has generated incorrect product prices on several occasions, inventing prices that don’t match the actual listings. When I first contacted support, I was told I’d receive a response within 12 hours. However, after 14 hours with no reply, I followed up, only to receive vague responses that seemed like stalling tactics, as if the representative didn’t understand my concerns. I then requested a refund, but they outright refused, stating they don’t offer refunds. Overall, Orimon has been unreliable, and their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address these issues makes it a poor choice for anyone in need of a dependable AI chatbot solution.
