> Everyone knows the hiring process is broken. The root cause for most of this dysfunction stems from the fact that most recruiters are expected to be subject matter experts for the roles they're filling, but this expectation is both unfair and unrealistic. SmartRank is a next generation applicant screening \& tracking software company that automates the job applicant screening process, stack-ranks \& filters those job applicants, while providing hiring managers with the candidates that match their exact qualifications. SmartRank does all of this screening without the need or use of a résumé. 

Because the résumé is not the primary input for screening, SmartRank is able to remove any demographic indicators (e.g., name, college attended, years of graduation, etc.) that typically create unconscious bias, which limits diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE\&I).
