Great Team!
Our Approved Suppliers List was originally on Microsoft Database with supporting documentation stored in Windows Explorer, which was clunky and difficult to manage. Singlepoint built us a bespoke Supplier Management module for our Approved Suppliers List with the capability of storing all supporting documents and certificates within each relevant suppliers tab. The module automatically keeps track of certification dates, and with a traffic light system visibly shows any that are out of date. There were no disruptions to business operations as Singlepoint seamlessly migrated our existing Microsoft Database list into their Supplier Management module. This has drastically improved the management of our suppliers and received compliments from the BSI auditors in our annual IATF audit this year.
Pros
Integrating Singlepoint with existing business processes was easy. This is made possible due to their expert technical team, who take the time to listen to your ideas and use cases to build a bespoke software tailored to the business needs. In addition, customer service is excellent with a member of the Singlepoint team always available for a MS Teams call to discuss any queries or issues.
Cons
There are some modules within Singlepoint which do not get fully utilised, and would be better split up into smaller packages e.g., APQP could be broken down to give Control Plan or FMEA stand alone modules.

100% recommend
Absolutely fantastic team , as said above , nothing is too much trouble , they gain an understanding of what you want sometimes from not even explaining very well what you want , they are able to leverage of previous work they have created for other customers and apply it /modify it to suit your business also making suggestions of things that may work well for you that you hadn't already thought of . Without even having my "primary project" fully off the ground yet , we have already started another one with single point as I'm confident they can deliver what i need and help me along the way !
Pros
Without having the software in practice and in use by multiple users yet , i cannot honestly review the workability of what we have created thus far I'm sure there will be tweaks to come, that being said , what we have created is exactly what I've asked for , no "expense spared" so to speak. Nothing has been too much trouble by the people managing my account and my expectations , absolutely would recommend to anyone !
Cons
There is a couple of minor inconvenient bug fixes that need to ironed out which were already known by the team e.g having to fill a field that doesn't need to be filled , however this does not discredit anything the software can do , its just one of those things that gets improved with development and input from customers.

Audit Module Review
Fairly good system overall, the reliability of the system could do with improving.
Pros
The import of the question bank to your audits was important. the general layout of the module is pleasing. The scheduling and creating an audit function is reasonably easily to understand. The ability to also create or amend how the background system process worked to make it fit our own process.
Cons
The system is not stable, the severe keeps jamming or logging out. Sometimes also crashing. This make its laborious to use.

Does what it said on the box.
It a once stop shop for the company document management requirements, Engineering Change, and Training. Other applications available but not used in full or regularly.
Pros
Provided a central point for control - storage - access of both the company's Business Management Systems and the Project - Product documentation. Is easy to use and access can be configured per document so access & or ability to change - approve can be applied as applicable . Over the 13 years I been involved I seen the system develop and grow in if functionality and applications , allowing us to use the most applicable modules to suite our business needs at any point in time.
Cons
Can be time consuming to set up new applications but worth it once done.Better links across applications i.e. Change Management into Document Management

Though some initial growing pains, a happy customer overall
Singlepoint has been a good first step in transitioning a lot of our paper based system into a paperless, electronic more controlled environment. The overall experience with the system and the typically prompt customer service has been good. Live customer service and ease of submitting technical issues is welcoming especially in the times where typically you are speaking with automated systems when trying to customer support for other products
Pros
The product has a learning curve, but it is not too steep and once you understand the basic principles it is easy to use. The permission levels on a module and individual document basis have been the most useful and impactful. We are continuing to evaluate other modules within the Singlepoint system for implementation within our company as we look to maximize the potential of what Singlepoint has to offer.A
Cons
A training module that more easily integrates with other modules, especially the document management modules would go a long way in getting our company to a more paperless state. The implementation of the system within our business has been difficult, but I believe that has more to do with a resistance to change rather than the actual system itself. There are more bugs and glitches within the system than I would have expected with what I thought was a more mature product.

Software to suit everyone's needs
The experience we have had with Singlepoint has been a very good one as we are looking at using further elements such calibration control and also document control which will cover multiple sites.
Pros
The team from Singlpoint were very engaged and listened to everyone's idea's and requirements at the initial stage of the project , this progressed and through additional meetings a working example was shared and again when the singlepoint team were asked about small changes again they were very accommodating and the APQP process was completed. This has been seen by our customer base and all like the software.
Cons
We have had no issues with the system so far.

Singlepoint Review May 2023
Quality control to meet the IATF standard and ISO 9001.
Pros
Singlepoint gave our what was small company immediate document control within 1 month. The resource needed was minimal to ensure it was a smooth process. We have grown with singlepoint as they have grown. More modules offer more improvements to be made within Surface Transforms
Cons
As we grow our shift patterns have expanded. I'd like a good 24 hour emergency service to enable us to not stop production. A telephone number instead of an email would be better to us.

Why working with Singlepoint will benefit you!
I have been using Singlepoint for around 10 years, the team there are very supportive and the communication is perfect. Recent upgrades have been carried out perfectly by the team at Singlepoint, the the new NPI module in full use housing all our new product and product improvement projects.
Pros
The system is easy to use and user friendly, the layout of the modules within are tailored to our needs. The team at Singlepoint are very helpful and provide excellent customer support. The new recently acquired NPI module has modernised our project management process and made it effective and robust.
Cons
There is nothing I dont like about Singlepoint.

Effective, Efficient & Robust Process Control
Control of processes for data retention, document control, design changes, project approval status are all easily managed. The friendly team at Singlepoint have always been available to support our software and provide requested improvements extremely quickly.Positive experiences when interracting with the team.
Pros
The NPI module we have recently brought on line with Singlepoint has been a revelation. The use of this moduke has provided electronic records of all our APQP processess from Quote to approval. Previously using spreadsheets and paper copies of documents gave us huge potential for data loss and missed process steps, working with Singlepoint to develop this module to suit our automotive approach has made this process robust and fully traceable. Document control and management has always been a huge benefit. All our documented procedures, operating techniques, control plans etc etc. are stored in singlepoint. This provides us with easy revision control, auditable document history and a log of user access.
Cons
We have not encountered any issues with the product, integration was simple and well supported modules are easy to use and manage.

Document Management & Visual Navigator
We have been using Singlepoint for roughly 7 years now, over this time we have developed a number of modules to suit our needs. Support and communication from Syncronology has always been extremely prompt and polite, with the team always going above and beyond to ensure we're getting the most out of Singlepoint.
Pros
Singlepoint's Document Management & Visual Navigator modules are quick, easy to navigate and user friendly. Both modules allow us key features that are required for working within a regulated industry such as Approval Workflows, Audit Trails & managing Access Rights.Visual Navigator has streamlined how we access documents on our site and continues to grow as we expand our business.
Cons
No way to link the RADAR Dashboard/Reporting module to the Document Management (DCS) module currently, although we have been advised that this is being addressed with the new DMS module.

Auditing at Bandvulc Tyres
The planning of audits can sometimes be a painful experience depending on the size of your audit schedule. Along with keeping track on raised issues and complying with ISO cr4ditastions the audit process will take a lot of your precious time during the working week. Single point takes all these issues, package's them into one nice software system and makes maintaining the audit process simple and efficient.
Pros
There isn't a feature on Singlepoint that I don't find useful. The whole software is designed around your needs and can be developed to suit your business profile. The customer service and there training is exemplary and I have already recommended this system to other business through my own network. Keeping track of your audits, schedule and raised issues is simple, all in one place and very nicely presented within the software. It only takes a few minutes of use after some training to start to see its benefit. Try It! you will be amazed at how it helps your audit process.
Cons
The audit software App that can be used on most tablets still needs some development. The App is usable and works well, however I would have like to see this develop as quick as the main software did.

Document management in regulated industries
Very positive, support team very helpful to in getting our team up to speed and able to customise workflows.
Pros
User interface is very clear and understandable by whole team. One of the key strengths of Singlepoint is its robust collaboration and workflow management features - this allows us to work on the same documents and manage version control for key factsheets/information. Audit trails are also very important as we work in regulated industries.
Cons
We don't use all the features so may not be getting the most out of the system
