Building and updating group permissions is fast and intuitive — we can adjust what a counterparty sees in minutes rather than rebuilding folder structures. The platform also presents extremely well to external users. For counterparties, the data room is often their first real look at how we operate, and IDEALS gave us a premium, organized first impression that reflected well on our company. Reporting has been more valuable than we expected. Seeing which files each group is actually opening tells us where the questions are before they get asked, so we can tailor materials and get ahead of diligence requests instead of reacting to them. Finally, the Claude integration has been a genuine step change.
