> HaulierMagic is a cloud-based transport management system built for UK haulage operators, from growing family-run fleets to established multi-depot hauliers. It is a fit for operators who run their day on spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages and paper PODs, and want planning, drivers, tracking, proof of delivery and invoicing in one system instead.

Planners allocate work on a drag-and-drop traffic sheet, with map-based views and AI-assisted multi-stop planning to group orders into runs. Skills across drivers, vehicles and trailers check licences, ADR and vehicle class before a job is assigned. Drivers receive their work on the Driver App for Android and iOS, capture signatures and photos at the point of delivery, and complete verified walkaround checks each morning. The office follows every run with live tracking and ETAs on the Arrivals Board, and customers self-serve job status and documents through the Client Portal.

Flexible rate cards price work by postcode, distance, zone or vehicle class, and completed runs flow straight to automated invoices, so billing happens the same day rather than at the end of the week. HaulierMagic connects to Xero, Sage 50 and Sage 200, telematics such as Webfleet and Microlise, and pallet networks including Palletforce, with API access for custom integrations.

Every module is included in one per-user monthly price with no feature tiers. Most operators are live within two to four weeks, with data migration, driver onboarding and planner training handled by the HaulierMagic team, and ongoing support available by phone, email and chat alongside a searchable knowledge base and video tutorials.
