Outlook's New Version: Faster but Missing Key Features
My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been a rocky one. The more feature-packed old version is pretty much useless, as it frequently stops responding, making you have no choice, but to upgrade to the new version, which is missing a lot of key features. However, Outlook is still great with certain things, like reminders, calendar, scheduling, seamless Microsoft 365 integration, among many other things. Overall a 3/5.
Pros
What I like the most about Microsoft Outlook is that it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, the calendar and scheduling features are great, and the search functionality is also great.
Cons
The new version of Microsoft Outlook is missing lots of features. The old version of Microsoft Outlook is pretty much useless because it is extremely slow to open stuff, and will frequently stop responding, forcing you to upgrade to the new version.

Best Email I've Used!
Overall, Microsoft Outlook is the best email I've ever used and I will continue to use it. I use it personally and professionally. It's convenient, secure, and they always seem to be updating it to make it better!
Pros
Microsoft Outlook is by far my favorite email. It's very secure, easy to use, I hardly get junk mail (like I used to with other email platforms), and it customizable!
Cons
I do wish you could more easily share your weekly schedule with colleagues and I wish you could specify what days/hours you're working in the office or working from home so that people know how to reach you. There are some features such as groups that I think are really cool, but a little difficult to figure out and use.

Easy, Organized, and Simple
Microsoft Outlook is very easy to use and helpful to get you organized!
Pros
I like that Microsoft Outlook has everything well organized and I can make a bunch of different folders to keep track of everything.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is when composing a new email, sometimes it does not let me add an attachment until I click off of the email, and it goes to a draft and then I can add an attachment. I send a bunch of emails with attachments so this is mildly annoying.

Helps organize your emails
Although it has its limitations in the free version, it can be quite useful for organizing your personal or work email, it is a software to consider for email management.
Pros
I like that through this program I can check my emails in a simple way, and always have notifications of each email that arrives, so I can be updated on my messages without having to constantly check my inbox.
Cons
It has limited storage, so you may find it necessary to delete old messages, it also has advertising that can be annoying when working.

I love Microsoft Outlook
My overall experience on the scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 9 only reason I don't give it a 10 is because I don't know how to use some of the features
Pros
I use my Outlook as my main way to communicate with all my clients and customers. I'm in real estate, the use emails daily. One feature I really like is what is on my Outlook at home, is also on my Outlook at the office computer, and on my cell phone.
Cons

Solid profession email client
Pros
Matchable features of it are really good and the calendar integration is fantastic for a professional office in. Having multiple calendars allows you to have personal calendars integrated into company-wide calendars and that is a fantastic feature. Also sorting project related emails into folders is a great organizational tool.
Cons
I dislike how app and the program are being upgraded. Computer malfunctions when you have the app version and the program software version on one PC. Windows is doing a lot of changes that aren't really necessary as they shouldn't fix something that wasn't broken but it seems the the moving into this whole cloud hosted 365 nonsense to get subscription fees.
Also then you look update for the program is messing with how we are saving emails into folder structures.
Also it's super annoying when one employee is on a Mac and certain features are simply messing from outlook on their machine. This shouldn't be. All menus should be the same.

MIcrosoft Outlook the email client
I may say Microsoft Outlook is mandatory if you have a business email and send and receive a lot of mails.
I think it's the best email client, you can manage all your emails is a very smart way; the interface is clean and intuitive. You can create your own folders and add rules to them to organize the messages. There are a lot of addons for Outlook for a useful integration with most used (third party) programs. The calendar will help you to schedule your appointments, meetings and task to do.
If you need information you will easily find the answer on internet.
It's worth the price!
Pros
Easy to use
Lot of support and informations
Lot of addons
Cons

I don't like some layout changes of features

Microsoft Outlook is a must have in the workplace
I have used Oulook in a professional setting for at least 20 years and also on my personal email home accounts. It is generally pretty intuitive and easy to use with many features.
Pros
I like the colored flag feature as it helps me keep my projects organized, and of course the ease of emailing and standard ooo work features and signatures are easy and a must for the office.
Cons
I have found the last 3 years or so the calendar function is a bit flaky. I will shutdown my computer and all calendars will be wiped out the next day and I'll have to add them all again and it frequently freezes when opening calendar. Not sure if it is due to Teams link at work or not but they are both Microsoft products so you think it would not do that.

Outlook made changes just to make changes. Difficult to use without reason
I have used Outlook for over 20 years. Typically , with an update, new features are added and the overall look and feel changes. This newest one is so difficult and different to use. they even changed the mouse buttons. For example, right clicking a misspelled word used to bring up options to correct it but now you have to hit your left mouse button on the word.
Pros
I have been using Outlook for years and it is what I know very well. Th eolder version is easy to use and the functionality is user-friendly.
Cons
I despise the newest version of Outlook. Nothing is in a place that makes sense for the user. Features are difficult to find and even missing in some places. It is not a product that works well and it seems Microsoft wanted to make it as difficult to use as possible.

The most dependable email solution out there
Excellent, from day one it has been a key and pivotal tool for communication and productivity. The new addition to adding a thumbs up to an email you've read is really helpful rather than replying with a thank you.
Pros
Integration across the Microsoft 365 suite of apps. In particular the advances made between this working in harmony with MS Teams has improved productivity.
Cons
The browser version can sometimes not provide the same notifications as the desktop version. This could be down to user error, but I'd want a more seamless experience between the two without the need to alter any settings. Desktop and mobile app however sync brilliantly.

The email client
I use Outlook for my work email and it allows me to manage my email in an easy and fast way. Outlook runs well and rarely hangs. It has a lot of features (I use a few, the search, the rules, the calendar and just an addon) and if a need support I easily find my answer on internet (of course you can contact Microsoft Support).
Indeed one of the best Microsoft Program.
Pros
I think Microsoft Outlook is the best email client available, i like the interface and how menu and features are organized.
Managing your enails and email accounts is easy, you can add a new account just following the instructions (in the file section or under the windows control panel) and manage you emails folders and e g. set some inbox rules.
Also you can add event on your calendar and ask Outlook to alert you before they will take place.
You can create PST archives and attach them to your email account.
There are many addons from third party programs that you can integrate with Outlook, this is a really useful feature.
Outlook works well and you will easily find documentation on internet in case of need.
Of course Outlook is not free, but it is worth the price (there are several plans).
Cons
The search bar placed in the top of the the screen and the new visualition, I prefer the old one (but it seems you can change it in some way).
Mails are marked as read if you just click once on them by default. I dislike this option.

Outlook - The Standard-bearer
Truly, I never had a bad experience using Outlook in 11+ years.
Pros
I have been using Microsoft Outlook as my primary email, calendar, and contacts program since 2013 and I would rather write letters and mark up my wall calendar than use any other program. The interface is smooth, the functionality is easy to understand, and teaching employees to use the program has always been agreeable. The "Tell me what you want to do" feature is especially handy and I have never had a task it couldn't walk me through. It's Alex and Siri before there was Alexa and Siri.
Cons
The only thing I honestly don't care for is the latest version, I am still using the prior version. The latest rollout's interface is clunky, hopefully something Microsoft will iron out before the version I'm on sunsets.
