Best underwriting engine
Pros
We can use on line service like using Machine Learning models from python [sklearn framework]. Its user friendly and we can integrate many information sources like alternative data to make a choice about approve or reject a loan application.
Cons
Not at all for now. However we should be so careful about implement DevOps best practices.

Supportive Team - Always Available!
My experience, on the product and back-end side with uFlow was great. Their tech and product team was always available to help, and the implementation is really simple. They are also open to developing and implementing new features - if it will improve the functionality of the decision-engine.
Pros
I'm on the product team, on the back-end side, so I don't use uFlow personally - but was involved in the technical team who did the integration. And the support we received from the uFlow team was great -- from the integration to testing in development environments, to launching in production for real-time processing, they were always available and helpful.
Cons
N/A; I don't personally use this software - I was involved in the implementation on the back-side.

UFlow excellent for radio ads production
I will continue to use it it's significantly cheaper and faster for us than our old way of going via an agency plus the quality isn't noticeably lower
Pros
Created radio ads quickly from my brief but also allowed me frequent edits and the free tier lasted us a long time before we needed to upgrade
Cons
I had an issue initially with sharing the output but their help team was good and they responded the next day
