Sometimes when these glitches happen the communication is poor. No notifications when there are system changes. Looking up customers is difficult because looking up by name has several glitches. When entering packages there are system constant errors which waste a lot of time and result in missed charges and payments being recorded. > > Overall a fair experience. Where the actual system is inefficient the tech support makes up for it to a degree. Tech support is knowledgeable and speedy when resolving issues.
