> **Cons**: Everything I would ask to be improved, has been approved already over the time we've used it. The only glitch I could see is that occasionally the app will logout and if I am at home, it's tough to get the password from my work computer. It's rare and nitpicky, but it's the one Con i can think of.

For example when you send out mass texts the system deletes all the first names of everyone the message was sent to and you have to manually re-enter everyone's names individually. We have contacted the help line multiple times and this seems to still be an issue.
