> **Pros**: The implementation is very much robotozed and easy to use. It hardly takes time to implement and GO LIVE.
The Retail Cloud, Omni Retailer, is very comprehensive and gives option to have mix \& match of services.

Very strong R \& D and passionate team.

But noticed that over a period of time, they added lot of help content.

Very stable and they introduce new enhancements from time-to-time.
This is the only platform that supports Virtual Shopping.
Customers can visit outlet of their choice and have virtual Trials.
