Affordable & User friendly CRM

Pros

Ease of use is nice. The UI also looks nice and a newbie can also understand it's functions within a day or two

Pipedrive-Great workflow! (when it's flowing, that is)

We have been very happy with Pipedrive as a CRM program. It's relatively clean and user-friendly. It manages our customer database extremely well and makes the flow of adding customers, handling issues and ending our relationship with them easy. The automatic features are a huge timesaver when they work properly, 90% of the time and a big time-suck when they don't. A slightly less cluttered menu and contact card would be nice though. They have been receptive to feedback and are already planning changes for 2023.

Pros

Pipedrive is simple to use and very easy to see what's happening visually. It's great for onboarding new team members and pulling data and information you need if it's not overly complicated. It has some great features like customizable data fields and pipelines and workflow automations that will automatically send emails or generate tasks for you as you work and move pieces. It integrates with many high demand products like Textline, Gmail and more. The storage has been fantastic.

Cons

As soon as Pipedrive makes a change, something goes wrong. It seems everytime the software is updated there is a glitch to be fixed. Or if we attempt to make changes to automations, we lose the feature of auto-generation for a time being. Their help-chat is not all that helpful unless you commit to staying on with them and hammering out the issue until they send it to the engineers/developers. There are some limits to what web forms and automations can do at this time. The "insights" feature and dashboard are clunky and not inuitive for charting your company's progress. Even more frustrating, you can't seem to eliminate pieces you don't use so the side menu gets filled with pieces like "marketplace" and "products" that you may not even use.

A good sales CRM for beginners

Pipedrive is great for sales organizations just getting started and looking to manage deal stages. However, if you're looking for an all-in-one solution that includes functionality like marketing, email campaigns, sequences, and other automation features, there are better alternatives out there.

Pros

Pipedrive was easy to implement and manage sales opportunities, specifically deal stages. The automation and task management was also great to ensure you stayed on top of completing tasks.

Cons

Pipedrive did not have any sort of email sequence functionality that I was looking for when I was a user. Other sales CRMs were able to provide this functionality.

My fav. CRM

Pros

Super easy to use, well prices. I think the biggest advantage for my team is the reporting module - easy to customise reports.

Cons

Maybe it could have more fancy stuff to help generate/manage leads from the marketing perspective. It simply could have more features around lead generation or maybe some AI to help us get more out of our leads (more deals)

The perfect tool for forecasting and tracking targets

In general, I see it as one of the best CRM tools, especially as it constitutes a good offer for beginners in the business world and small and emerging companies in terms of cost, ease of working on it, and the good quality of the services provided, in addition to helping them manage long and complex sales operations through a distinguished support team.

Pros

Although there is no free plan available, one of the advantages of this platform is its acceptable cost to subscribe, especially for those who have just started entering the field of business and have a limited commercial budget, startups and small companies. One of the most exciting things about subscribing is the ability to fully customize via API access, and provide unlimited and customizable pipelines keeping in mind that you may need a development team for that.The machine learning assistant feature that supports the sales assistant has made the implementation of tasks through this tool more easy, effective and with a positive return.Auto-filling contact data and automating the paths you plan to take within your business plan is something special, in addition to being available for all subscription plans.The possibility of extracting some of the necessary information that you need in analyzing customer behavior by tracking web visitors, for example, and revealing the organization to which this visitor belongs, how they found the website, the duration of their browsing, etc. Information of this type that is useful in the marketing behavioral analysis of customers and keeping pace with changes in proportion to the need market.

Cons

The lack of a free trial period may cause some people to hesitate to decide to subscribe.Making the telephone support service exclusive only to subscribers of the plan with the highest level is something that is not understood honestly and raises a big question mark.And I have to sync my email in order to be able to send emails from PipDrive which can cause some confusion for the user.
