BEST APP EVER
Rippling can count the exact time I'm workin even if the browser close everything the website would be still working, that's really great because we don't lose any detail! It helps me to check if all my hours are correct and it helps me to check the payroll faster, I used to use another app called Payoneer but unfortunately Payoneer wasn't that clear and easy to use as Rippling, it had a lot of bugs and also the support was super bad..

It's really easy to use, all the informations are organized so it makes everything clear about where to go or click, also the explanations are very simple so it doesn't take too much time to learn. I use Rippling to work everyday and it's 100% porcent better the other websites we used to use on the company cause everything was so difficult to understand so wasn't simple to use.

I wish it could have some tutorial videos about the first use and everything though it's easy to do it alone.

High Velocity HRIS
Rippling has been a great investment for our company. It has not only helped increase the velocity of our processes, but it has also helped ensure that we have complete documentation in our employee files.
Below are some areas where we have had tremendous value:
- We do a weekly payroll and each week the payroll journal entry is automatically recorded in QuickBooks Online. This has saved time from our previous system where this was done manually.
- We used to have all of our onboarding documents printed out and completed by the employee. Now all onboarding documents are completed by the employee in advance of the employee's start date.
- We have pre established workflows set up in Rippling that help ensure that all tasks are completed by the appropriate staff members in advance of the staff members first day.
- Time off requests were previously submitted via paper and they are now submitted via the Rippling app. The employee's supervisor is responsible for approving time off requests.
- We use the Rippling spend app to deploy company credit cards to our team members. Team members now receive a text message after they complete a card transaction. The team member will then text back a picture of the receipt and respond with the memo for the transaction. This has saved our team members a great deal of time, and has lead to an increase in timely and accurate expense reporting.
Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with our investment in Rippling!
Pros
Rippling has allowed our company to be much more efficient with our onboarding and offboarding processes. We now have workflows set up in Rippling that assign tasks to different team members as part of the onboarding and offboarding process. This has helped keep our team more organized and allowed them to be more efficient.
We have also been able to eliminate a lot of paper processes by moving onto Rippling. All of our onboarding documents are now completed electronically, which includes the I-9. In addition, all time off requests are submitted through Rippling as opposed to a paper time off requests with our previous system.
We also recently went made an investment in the Rippling spend app. We are very pleased with how well this has worked out for our company. Our administrative time has decreased significantly and we have better visibility into credit card transactions that are made by our card holders.
Overall, Rippling has been a great investment. It has allowed us to move towards a fully remote work environment. Our documentation is much stronger and stored in one central repository.

Go for Rippling - without a doubt, it's useful.
Super easy to get started, has a super easy learning curve, superb functionality, and is a literal lifesaver for remote work across geographic lines.
Pros
The information that is often needed but is scattered and can be collated is collated here. People sometimes fail to understand that, even though employers or recruiters might be open to telling the employees or emailing the employees the details that they ask for, without bias and promptly, it is still less preferable than having all the relevant information on demand, in one location. It adds to the usability and convenience while removing an obstacle.
Cons
Engineering bugs. A product at this level cannot have engineering bugs show up in production. Errors should have try-catch blocks. The process should add relevant hold timers and checks so that incidents like emailing a rippling link to the employees, which isn't yet active on the platform, are avoided.

A worthwhile investment
Overall, a very positive experience with a system that's dramatically more usable than Paylocity and more scalable than Gusto.
Pros
Integrates with nearly every core system we have for our employees, and makes it incredibly simple to provision and deprovision licenses as part of onboarding and offboarding.
Cons
The transition from our MDM provider to theirs was a bit strained. Took months longer than everything else.

Freedom of movement!
The process of reporting absence and even requesting vacations was always a rather tedious, bureaucratic and time-consuming process. With Rippling it is done in a matter of minutes and this is a substantial time saving for all parties. This always happened to me in the previous companies I worked for. Now it is not a headache. The same goes for checking my pay stubs.
Pros
What I liked most about Rippling is the ability to set up my payroll to my liking. I changed my payroll deposit account in just a few minutes, they even made a small deposit into the new account to verify that everything was okay. Best of all, they kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Transparent and timely communication is key for me.

A complete platform for payroll and international contractors management, at a great price
Overall, after using Rippling for 5 months, I'm very satisfied with the experience.
After the first setup and first guided payrolls, everything is straightforward.
The price is great for the amount of services, such as benefits integration, international contractors management, employees payroll etc.
Pros
Our team is fully remote and has both employees on a payroll, and international contractors. With Rippling, we're able to every contract and payment in one single platform.
Setup is quite quick, more or less 1 hour, and the customer care rep who guided us made it very simple and clear.
They have a great customer care team, always available to help with doubts (which you'll have, especially if you don't use it daily. There's a lot of features)
Cost is very competitive, it was cheaper than other international hiring platforms. Do negotiate.
Cons
The setup is not the easiest, I'd have struggled to do it alone. But the guided onboarding is great and the reps very helpful and available.
International payment has a quite high fee for each payment $-$, which is 20$ for each payment.

Satisfaction Across The Board
I've had a great experience from our initial consultation all the way through implementation. They truly listened to the needs of our company and built a custom solution for our HR, Payroll and benefits needs. We're ending up with a much more robust offering for the products and services we use but still saved money over our previous PEO due to the customization.

Their product offering affords much more customization that other PEO's that we visited with. Their client portal is also much more intuitive than any other solution we looked at.

One stop shop for employees
We use Rippling to manage time off, learning management, approvals, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, work surveys, review cycles, benefits, and pay, among other things.
It is so nice to have a consolidated hr solution that has all of the above mentioned features, and more. For employees, it is so easy to keep track of everything hr related, whether via the web or their mobile app. Their app/website is intuitive and makes it easy to find the information you need, as well as to complete actions like surveys, trainings, signing documents, etc.
I was personally onboarded using Rippling, and it was a very seamless experience, uploading necessary documents, signing documents, and tracking progress along the way. And then it is the same system that tracks everything hr related for me. A nice one stop shop.

- Employee onboarding was fully digital/remote and very seamless
- Integration with learning management systems, like for harassment prevention training, was nice and easy to complete.
- Managing pay and benefits from the employee perspective is very intuitive.
- Review cycles are also a nice feature to formalize employee/management reviews and cadences.

In performance reviews, after that review cycle was done, I did get lost once trying to find the completed reviews. I eventually found it, but that UI wasn't as intuitive as the rest of the experience in Rippling.

Rippling is a Superior HR Solution for My Company
Rippling is a good platform and I like it more than past tools I've used, like UltiPro. It's clean and easy to get in, and the mobile view is responsive and quick.
Pros
Rippling has a nice clean interface. It took me some time to get used to it, but now whenever I need to approve timecards or check PTO balance, it's smooth and easy.
Cons
I don't love having to switch between Admin account and Employee account, and I used to always get confused between the Time & Attendance and Time Off sections, before I remembered to look for the icon versus the first word.

Great so far! We used ADP before Rippling, and it’s a huge upgrade from ADP! We are able to utilize Rippling for our schedule needs, time and attendance, HR, payroll, and spend management!

This year has been relevant for me because my second baby was born this year. It has been a great resource to keep track of my paternity leave days, and make accurate requests to the NJ Department of Labor for my state's paternity leave insurance benefits.

It is a very intuitive and straightforward tool, which helps me to avoid the hassle of "switching" from one different tool to a different one and checking in different platforms information that I need.

There is an opportunity area related to AI, where the user could type/say (for instance) "hey, I would like to know, given my yearly accrual, and if I take x amount of vacation days in November, if I would have the right to request x amount of vacation days in November", or calculations that the user still does by hand based on the information provided by Rippling.

The best HR tool to manage your contract
I love the way I can track the payment process, also I can differs the payment in more than one bank account in the percentage I want and I can change those parameters anytime, its great because this kind of changes can be difficult if you need to talk with someone in the HR department and I don´t like to rush with this kind of requests.

Unresponsive and way too expensive for the quality of services. We've been charged over $2,000 in erroneous fees for payroll errors they caused and have not fixed, despite 6+ months of multiple help tickets submitted.

Their sales team and customer service was helpful in the initial stages when they were soliciting our business. After that, things went downhill.

We've used Rippling since 2022 as an all-in-one HR and Payroll provider platform and it's been a nightmare. Their payroll system does not allow for the most basic exemptions based on certain qualifications and they've charged us over $2,000 in fees for missing tax agency accounts that we never needed to set up in the first place. We've been fighting for more than 6 months to resolve it and keep hitting a brick wall of AI response and closed cases with no actual resolution. Their customer service is abysmal once they have your money and a contract. They've also been mining our employee's profiles to soliciting their personal emails for sales pitches. Stay away.

The best switch we ever made!
Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!

It has reduced the basic rate of "human error", increased and streamlined all onboarding procedures from first step to last, improved our overall compliance in both the fields of Accounting and Human Resource. It has given our employees an all-in-one platform where they have agency to regulate their benefits, understand their wages, easily make changes during QLE's and give them the confidence to understand their benefits, equity shares, offers and payroll. Rippling integrates into Culture Amp (our Employee Engagement software) and SLACK - But the ease of use and ease of implementation is what I like most.

Very positive. I have been in People Ops for over 10 years and Rippling has the most robust out-of-the-box solution I've seen. Optimal for new businesses and those start-ups looking to scale.
Pros
Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.
Cons
Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.

Very good.
Easy to navigate the information. Flow of page wise information is easy to handle. Easy electronic sign in page Easy to access information needed and download the documents.
Pros
Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to another. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.
Cons
Lack of integration of AI in its module and video for each module before enrollment and tasks.

Easy to use HCM with great user interface.
Overall a good experience using the system from both the user and administrator point of view. It has all the components needed to run the HR functions smoothly.
Pros
Rippling is a great all in one HR and payroll tool. The best thing about Rippling is that the system is very innovative and the user interface is very friendly making it easy to manage.
Cons
Rippling needs to improve the payroll component as sometimes it takes a lot of time to configure the changes.

Pros
Very easy UI with intuitive workflow making it easy to onboard employees and manage tasks.Furthermore,it combines HR, Payroll and benefits in one place.

Great payroll tool
Rippling is a great all-in-one platform that greatly simplifies IT, payroll, and HR management.Documents are now very easy to find. Although there is much space for improvement, some may find the learning curve and support assistance delays annoying.
Pros
1. It has access to not only payroll documents but also others like uploading my important documents, checking my holidays and requesting days off, have access to company directory and many more other features
2. It has 2 step authentication which makes the app secured and safe
3. Easy to use: not complicated and very straight forward and great user interface
Cons
1.Support delay: their customer support is not that impressive
2. There alot of bugs which needs to be fixed as this at times causes lacking in the App.
3. They do not have any video tutorials for new users
4. All the documents do not show up in the mobile app version and need to use my desktop to gather documents like my tax slips which at times can be a bit tricky to find.

Rippling saved us tons of money by allowing us to smoothly hire people across multiple countries and take all the housekeeping tasks off our table.
Pros
For a remote team it is a live saver when it comes to payroll and devices management.
Cons
I will be nitpicking here but the UI on mobile can be better.

Rippling fits the bill for our company
Our agency uses Rippling to power and facilitate access to payroll, insurance benefits, PTO benefits, hiring and connected apps throughout the organization. This streamlines what use to be multiple access points for admins and employees and allows for a simple, single platform. Our employees love the access and simplicity and our admins love the ease of use and time it saves.
Pros
My most liked features include:

mobile app improvements

i like the fact that i can see all my assigned employees time sheets
Cons
it would be helpfull to have some sort of GPS tracking at least at time of clocking in and clocking out. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery.

Rippling has been complex at times to implement but this is because one platform is handling our entire employee lifecycle process. All in all, we have faith that Rippling will continue to innovate empowering us to consolidate our entire HR stack in one place. A must for businesses that value vertically integrated efficiency.
Pros
We moved to Rippling because of the incredible depth of features across the HR employee lifecycle. Previously, we had separate tools for HRIS, performance management. This was incredibly expensive and cumbersome to run standalone tools. With Rippling, we consolidated our entire people stack into one which empowers us to increase efficiency, reduce cost and manage everything from one place.
Cons
Rippling is not the most beautiful UX/UI and can be a little jarring. We used Lattice before Rippling and the UX was beautiful. This, of course, isn't the most important thing but it was noticeable.

Best payroll software
I am using this software for one of my client from last 4 year. We are using this for payroll management, employee management, expense tracking and Other things etc. This is very good software for expenses management and employee taxation point of view.

There is not so much to dislike it one of the good software. But I faces issue with reports section.

Rippling Recruiter
I love Rippling and I have been using it for years now.
Pros
I love how convenient and straight-forward Rippling is. You don't really need too much training to learn how to navigate it and each step is usually well explained or well-guided by Rippling prompts.
Cons
I don't like how chaotic it can look or overwhelming it can look when using it for recruiting, although it is self-explanatory and layed out well, but I think that the feeling depends on how the hiring process goes and not necessarily Rippling as a platform.
