> **Pros**: Orbipay EBPP made paying for loans the simplest things ever for the people holding loan (direct or indirect ) with us. They can use text, card, online, mobile, they can even use guest pay without having to login (great for our indirect loans)

> **Cons**: I still haven't found it. Responsiveness is better than any other vendor I've worked with. It is ease to use.

> **Pros**: This product is a great example for IT improve the business operations as well as the user experience while actually reducing the management and maintenance resources IT needs to allocate to it. Our customers have the flexibility to pay loans in an way they can imagine, while we as an organization increased our efficiency. I also really liked how simple it was to integrate this solution with our existing landscape and core billing solutions.
