Serial number, batch and expiry-date tracking are available for food, beverage, supplements, cosmetics and other date-sensitive or regulated products, with expiry alerts. Transfer stock between warehouses, run counts and adjustments, and see true availability in one place. Raise purchase orders that handle the way suppliers actually behave: partial receipts, partial billing, and corrections to entries you have already posted. Allocate landed costs, including freight, duty and handling, across a shipment so your unit cost reflects what the goods really cost to get to your warehouse. Provisional landed costs can be updated when the final freight invoice arrives, and the valuation follows automatically. Qoblex values inventory using Moving Average Cost, recalculated on every receipt, so margin reporting holds up. Build products from bills of materials, manage production runs, and track component consumption and finished goods back into stock. Report on sales, stock, margin and supplier performance, and use demand forecasting to decide what to reorder and when. A built-in B2B portal lets wholesale customers order against their own price lists, without a separate storefront. Qoblex connects to Xero and QuickBooks Online. Sales invoices and supplier bills sync automatically as they are created, with no exports and no double entry. Behind that, Qoblex runs a dedicated inventory ledger that captures every stock movement and posts the results to your accounts: inventory valuation, stock on hand, cost of goods sold at the moment of sale, and goods received / invoice received for the gap between receiving stock and receiving the bill. Your balance sheet and P\&L stay accurate without manual journals, and every figure in your accounts traces back to the document in Qoblex that created it, making month-end close faster and audits simpler. Qoblex also connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, so orders and stock levels stay consistent across the channels you sell on. A guided setup wizard walks through tax mapping and your sales, purchase, manufacturing and inventory accounts, and nothing is written to your accounts until you review and save those settings, so you can do this step with your accountant. Migration does not require shutting down. You can build and test almost all of Qoblex in parallel, including products, suppliers, bills of materials, locations and channel settings, while your current system stays in charge. When you are ready, you move stock control across in one planned cutover: count opening stock, bring in open purchase and customer orders, and go live. You can rehearse the whole process on a test store first. Many businesses set up on their own using the help centre.
