## Reviews

### "Reliable and User-Friendly Test Management Platform" — 4.0/5

> **Sanit** | *8 July 2026* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Tuskr is intuitive and easy to use, making test case management and execution straightforward. I especially liked its clean interface, customizable workflows, test planning features, and integrations with popular bug tracking and CI/CD tools. Collaboration between QA and development teams is smooth, and reporting provides good visibility into testing progress.
>
> **Cons**: While the platform is feature-rich, some advanced customization and reporting options could be more flexible. The initial setup for larger projects can take some time, and a few integrations could offer deeper functionality.
>
> My overall experience with Tuskr has been very positive. It simplifies the test management process, improves collaboration across teams, and helps keep testing organized throughout the software development lifecycle. The interface is user-friendly, performance is reliable, and it works well for both small and growing QA teams.

### "Test Management System with an Effective Design and Useful AI Elements" — 4.0/5

> **Abishek** | *1 July 2026* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I tested Tuskr through the development of a student portal testing project sample and noticed that the entire process is quite well-structured and simple to follow. Writing test suites, developing positive and negative test cases, and running tests have been very easy thanks to the user-friendly interface. I found the reporting dashboard useful since it provided an insight into tests that were passed, failed, blocked, and pending. I really enjoyed using the AI Assistant since it was easy to get suggestions for the initial set of test cases.
>
> **Cons**: Though the platform proved easy to learn, there were a few advanced features that needed to be explored to use intuitively. As a novice, I had to figure out how various features like reports, test runs, and settings of the projects work together. The AI Assistant is handy in coming up with ideas, though the test cases created through this feature may have to be refined manually.
>
> Tuskr is assessed through conducting a student portal testing project sample in order to explore how its process works and assess its usability. My evaluation included such steps as organizing test cases into suites, creating both positive and negative testing scenarios, conducting testing sessions, investigating the dashboard reporting feature, and using AI Assistant in the generation of initial test cases. It turned out that it was quite easy to use and start working on it, as well as the fact that all testing activities were conveniently located in one place. Dashboards and reports made it possible to trace the results of the testing process, and AI Assistant helped to save time on the initial stages of the process. Advanced features may need some investigation at first, but the learning curve is rather smooth.

### "Streamlined Testing Made Simple with Tuskr" — 4.0/5

> **Kane** | *26 December 2024* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: What I liked most about Tuskr is how easy it is to set up and manage test cases. For teams that run recurring tests, it's a huge time-saver because you can reuse test cases without having to re-enter them each time. Plus, the ability to attach screenshots and comments directly in the test cases makes it even more organized and efficient.
>
> **Cons**: The auto-log-out feature could use some tweaking. If you're working on longer test runs, like 45 minutes or more, having to log back in—especially with 2-factor authentication—can be a bit disruptive. Also, it would be great to have an option to export "Spent Time" values and simplify editing test cases during runs.
>
> My experience with Tuskr has been very positive. It replaced our outdated Excel-based process and made managing test cases so much more streamlined. The interface is user-friendly, and the reporting tools provide valuable insights for tracking progress. While there are a few areas for improvement, like custom reporting and flexibility with Test Suite organization, Tuskr offers a solid balance of features and affordability. Overall, it’s a great tool for improving testing efficiency and keeping our workflows organized.

> **Pros**: Tuskr is easy to use and keeps our testing organized. It makes it simple to manage test cases, track progress, and work with the team before every release.
>
> **Cons**: The interface could feel a bit more modern, and I'd like to see a few more options for customizing reports. Other than that, it has been reliable.
>
> Overall, Tuskr has made our testing process much smoother. It's easy to manage test cases, collaborate with the team, and catch issues before releases, which has given us more confidence when launching new updates.

### "Reliable and User-Friendly Test Management Platform" — 5.0/5

> **Prashant** | *3 August 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I liked most about Tuskr is the way simplicity mixes very well with powerful test management capabilities. The whole process of creating, managing, and maintaining test cases is simple, and organizations can take advantage of effective reports giving a lot of excellent insights into their testing quality and progress. The program has a very good price-to-value ratio compared with others of the same kind, especially for small and medium-sized teams.
>
> **Cons**: Tuskr is very good in terms of performance, but there is still a possibility of improvement in some areas. It would be nice if there were more advanced settings for dashboard and report creation.
>
> My experience with using Tuskr to manage the activities related to software testing has been quite good. Tuskr is user-friendly, and I have found it simple to arrange my test cases, run tests, and track my progress on the system since it does not require me to be very conversant with how it works. Collaboration within the team has been made easy because everyone can track progress.
