This has caused major setbacks for our team.&#10;Poor Customer Support and Sales Experience: While customer support is occasionally responsive, their solutions are ineffective. Additionally, the salesperson we dealt with was unhelpful and lacked clarity in explaining the services and pricing.&#10;Complicated Setup: The setup process was incredibly cumbersome, and we faced multiple configuration issues that took far too long to fix.&#10;Lack of Transparency: There’s a noticeable lack of clarity in billing, with unexplained charges adding to the frustration.
