Outstanding AP Automation & Workflow Solution
Overall Stampli is an excellent platform for AP processing; it has saved us much time and hassle versus emailing out invoices for approval and manually posting them in our ERP and filing paper copies. The customizable workflow is streamlined and provides visibility into the status of all invoices in the system, so things don't get lost. The ability to ask questions of vendors and employees within Stampli is highly useful, as is the audit feed in the viewing screen for each invoice.
Pros
The smooth, automation-streamlined, and centralized process from upload to coding to approval to posting, all with a very useful and intuitive interface.
Cons
There are few downsides, but the "bot" that scans bills and auto-fills accounting fields sometimes struggles with unusually-formatted vendor invoices (i.e., hand written, etc.), or to distinguish between vendors with identically formatted invoices.

Our Stampli, freight bill processing of the here and now!
Everything has been great with Stampli, this will enhance our processing time with freight bills and make sure all freight bills get paid on time.

Easy to use. Very quick to process each freight bill and I like the way Stampli flows from one freight bill to the next one without having to go search for it.

Stampli has been a great addition to our AP process. It has significantly reduced my team's workload. So far, the best features we have used are: AI smart invoice reading and automatically filling in the information, an interactive dashboard that provides workflow insights, the ability to select multiple approvers, the option to add customized fields quickly, and seamless syncing with Netsuite.
Cons
There is nothing to complain about Stampli. Even the support team is excellent and responsive.

Really easy to use and troubleshoot through. The customer service chat feature is great! I use it whenever I have a questions and they are quick to respond.
Pros
Stampli is a great addition for any accounting software if you are looking to streamline your AP process. I love how it electronically stores invoices and back up and you no longer have to worry about filing hard copies. I love how all invoices that are emailed to our AP inbox automatically gets uploaded into Stampli.
Cons
Unfortunately we have some manual invoices that are uploaded that Stampli cannot read so we still need to review and enter data. However we are working on ways around this...

Great experience overall. Stampli became our main source for all things invoices. As a fast-growing small business, we needed an organized and intuitive way to process and search invoices. Stmapli provided that.

AP & Procurement Workflow
I've used Stampli for about 3+ years now in two different companies and while the price point is a higher than the two other companies that quoted us, they are very customer oriented from start to finish in implementation and extremely responsive on the customer service end. That being said because the price point is higher I wish they wouldn't charge for any additional upgrade (like international payments) that are included in the base package for other companies like Bill.com and Tipalti.
Pros
Workflow is fantastic for AP as well procurement purchase requests and admin controls are great so that you can enable or disable batch approvals for approvers who you can see are reviewing the majority of their invoices or not. The dashboard and reports features are great as well. Customer service has never disappointed.
Cons
It doesn't integrate on an invoice level with our ERP for job costing on construction invoices which does duplicate a significant amount of work.

Overall it's pretty great. There are few things that can be better but customer service is amazing and that's been the primary positive thing.

There's not published or proivded instructional videos. I have to train every person we hire how to use it. SAP Concur does a great job providing a ton of instructional videos, so I just send links and don't have to do 2-4 30 minute video calls a month when people are hired.

A straight forward yet robust software
Pros
I enjoy the friendliness of the sales, customer support, and implementation team. They showed great openness and flexibility to tackling situations that arose. The best features are Billy the AI along with the diverse amount of communications, audit trail, and traceability in the invoice approvals. I like how quickly and seamlessly the platform updates with our software, and there is no load friction in navigating the platform. The sync, while not fully automatic - occurs frequently enough to not need to worry about data syncing.
Cons
While the implementation schedule remains flexible, it would have been nice to get an actual calendar curriculum with specific planned dates to easily map every lesson and training being taught.

Compared to our old CNG program, Stampli is a huge blessing for our company! It's easy to search for what you're looking for, make needed updates to the coding, add additional reviewers, ask questions and work through the process in general. Having it directly upload to QuickBooks is also a huge blessing to save time on payment processes

I like the ease of use to have multiple people review the same document and keep the flow going. You can see where something is in the acceptance process, verify if payment has been made, and ask for what is needed to finish the process without disrupting the flow

The thing I like least about the program is the duplicate invoice alert. While at times it is helpful, it regularly alerts a possible duplicate when the invoice number and totals are completely different on the 2 invoices in question. The added unnecessary review just slows down the process

A Tale of Streamlined AP invoicing Bills with Robust workflow management
The Stampli is mainly helping my organization to record the accouting entires for Non-USD bills due to the sudden challenge faced by other application called BILL which discontinued the accounting entries for Non-USD entities. The Stampli is very easy to understand with minimum guidance for any AP bill coder and can be implemented as per the business requirement and also it can be integarated with other application to record the accouting entries of the transactions. The key feature what I liked is the IVA capturing the invoice number, invoice date, due date and other key fields instead of manual intervention. The Stampli has drastically increased the Client satisfaction and got NPS score recently and appreciations as well.

The Stampli version used in my organizatoin does not have the payment directly form the platform and only marked as paid using the bank entry. I hope in the coming days this feature also will be included for us so that there will be more effective utilization of the application.

Digital Revolution

We used to process all invoices with paper and stamps that had boxes for each reviewer's initials. It was a mess. Papers all over the office, papers getting lost or coffee spilled on them, people out of the office on a job site and the invoice would sit for days before someone noticed.. Etc. This is a wonderful DIGITAL process that we can access from anywhere! Easy with nothing slipping through the cracks.

Sometimes I find it difficult to search for past invoices if I am not exactly sure what search terms to use. I think this is largely user error, but it is something that I struggle with.

It works pretty well for what I use it for so i do not have anything negative to say.
