A lot of administrative data entry is required. There are lots of different layers of information that needs to be learned and it can be complicated. Our client is a transportation company and they use INFOR for Asset Management, Supply Chain \& for Warranty and Maintenance. The UI of INFOR is very user friendly. Reporting and Report scheduling is extremely easy. Customer support is outstanding. INFOR is also supported on mobile devices. They do regular product maintenance and upgrades which makes the software more stable and bug free. > > **Cons**: Debugging of the issues is difficult since it provide less control to the users who are supporting the applications. For most of the issues related to database, we have to go to INFOR Extreme for the assistance. > > INFOR is really good ERP software.
