La comunicación con el  área de IT y comercial te permiten plantear mejoras a la herramienta para la utilización día a día y en caso de tener algún inconveniente resolverlo real-time.&#10;En cuanto al diseño de la herramienta es intuitivo y ágil.

> **Pros**: La verdad, el servicio anda bárbaro. Desde el principio no tuvimos drama con nada. La integración con WhatsApp fue un golazo, la hicimos sin complicaciones y quedó todo funcionando al toque.&#10;&#10;Además, cada vez que necesitamos algo, el soporte responde rápido y con soluciones que realmente sirven. Se nota que saben lo que hacen, y eso siempre se agradece.

> Con HiperMe\! el día a día cambió un montón. Pasar a un contact center multicanal nos simplificó la vida, ahora tenemos todos los canales de atención en una sola plataforma y eso hizo la diferencia. Los agentes pueden atender llamadas y chats al mismo tiempo sin volverse locos, y todo fluye mucho mejor. Fue un cambio grande para nosotros, pero resultó ser la mejor decisión. Todo funciona como tiene que ser y ahora tenemos una atención al cliente mucho más ágil.
