> **Pros**: Each of the features of Smart Hires ATS is important to my work as a Director of Human Resources, but Smart Hires' competitive advantage is the responsiveness of its Support Team if ever I need assistance with a feature or a candidate application submitted. Smart Hires ATS is a low-cost, high-quality system that should be considered by HR professionals to simplify their talent acquisition and application tracking tasks.

> **Cons**: If Smart Hires ATS included a huge-huge database of resumes recently submitted by candidates and searchable within the system, then two or more systems used now for talent acquisition could be combined into one all-inclusive system--adding to HR's efficiency each day.
