> **Pros**: Our organization offers a wide range of auto repair services. We recently expanded our solutions by incorporating remote support using AR Genie. Customers can have their cars remotely monitored during a breakdown using AR Genie remote assistance. All customers need to do is connect to an encrypted video session from their mobile phone or tablet and follow the instructions provided by our technician, who will guide the customer via 3D annotation on live video and can also share photos, videos, and PDFs in real time. Customers can now conveniently repair their automobiles on the go with this unique solution, removing the need to wait for field technicians to arrive.
