Finally, it has a nice set up for booking travel via all the big outlets (hotel/airfare/rental cars/train). It also has allowed our company to identify preferred providers and push users toward those providers. > > **Cons**: Reporting isn't great. Trying to get customized reporting for accounting purposes is definitely a struggle. Additionally, if you have less than conventional travel (one way train, where you want to change category during the trip (coach for part of the trip/sleeper for second part)) it's not quite flexible enough to handle those situations. Sure there are somethings that every business wants that a service doesn't provide, but I'd say overall, Concur gets us 95% of the way to perfect state.
