Workforcenow for productivity
It helped us to deal with HR matters effectively so that we could see everything with detailed info.
Pros
Customization with it is incredible. Reporting features add more value to the software and as well increases the productivity. Pricing is quite reasonable. Mobile version does really well unlike its peers.
Cons
Customer service should be upgraded. The software could be better integrated other platforms. I would like to see changes immediately because sometimes I have sign out and sign in to see changes.

Employee Self Service-a must to enroll in benefits and to get their own pay stubs and W-2's.
Cons
Smart Compliance-manual checks as we get no e-mails to let us know of activity. Taxes are not paid in their entirety for MI unemployment all the time.

Best benefits and payroll product out there!!
I had an excellent experience with ADP Workforce Now. It made otherwise torturous processes (signing up for benefits, onboarding and payroll) smooth and efficient.
Pros
I loved this app! It’s online benefits enrollment was so user friendly and uncomplicated. Even the onboarding aspect was a breeze to navigate. All in all, this app made enrolling for benefits, onboarding and payroll a smooth and seamless experience. I would recommend ADP Workforce Now (both the app and the website) without hesitation to any small business.
Cons
There were a few features which one had to complete online on the website which you couldn’t complete on the app, but this was a minor inconvenience.
