Comprehensive HR Solution with Room for Improvement
Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a reliable platform for managing HR, payroll, and benefits. While it offers comprehensive features and ease of use, occasional support delays and a learning curve for new users can be drawbacks. Still, it’s a strong choice for streamlining HR processes.
Pros
ADP Workforce Now is great for its all-in-one platform that simplifies payroll, benefits, and time tracking. Users love its easy interface, customization, and integration with other tools, making HR management seamless.
Cons
Customer support can be slow, the platform has a steep learning curve, integrations may be challenging, pricing isn't transparent, and the mobile app has limited functionality.

ADP Workforce Now Great Product
Overall, ADP Workforce Now is great value for the money when it comes to payroll practices and their assistance is great. Staff are knowledgeable.
Pros
ADP Workforce Now is a great product to assist payroll departments with many tools to provide in-depth and practical assistance to every day payroll needs.
Cons
The cost can be overwhelming as you have to buy the system in modules that you need a piece at a time. It can also be hard to get assistance as you have to go through many different channels.

Pretty solid payroll product.
Have used the product since 2017 as a high level practitioner, about 2800 employees over 3 company codes. I have found the payroll service to be reliable, of high quality and pretty user friendly as the user gains experience.
Pros
Excellent reporting functions, very good core product with reliable delivery. Ability to do time data imports / mass updates very good.
Cons
ACA / benefits module was a bit funky, did not want to recognize an offering that did met MEC but not MV. For that reason, we used another solution for ACA filings.

Better database function, better capability. High turnover business and Paychex had some limitations ADP did not. Seems like point of emphasis was different for each vendor. ADP Workforce Now is a Great HR Tool!
Overall, my experience was very positive the ADP Workforce Now. I am not very good with technology and so the fact that I could navigate it with very little help and had few issues says something very positive about this platform.
Pros
I found the ADP Workforce Now platform fairly easy to use - intuitive for the most part. I also thought the reports were comprehensive - at least enough for my needs. Customer service was also good - fast to assist and resolve any issues.
Cons
I can't really think of anything I disliked about the ADP Workforce Now platform. Any issue I had was user-error, not the fault of the system!

Ado the right choice
My experience as a senior manager was very positive .We migrated from another platform and the training was very clear and concise also the transfer process support was exemplary.
Pros
Very clear and easy to both navigate and use for all .This system is not only employee user friendly in that it is easy to use and the important information all employees needs is in one place from pay to holidays clear and concise .This is also the case for employers / managers updating and allocating holidays pay etc again ver clear concise and easy to use .Notifications in place to let people know when pay roll has been updated holidays allocated etc .
Cons
I would say the only drawback is everyone has to have an email address and can not be accessed any other way .This can alienate some employees.

ADP Workforce Now: Convenient, Useful, if not Totally Intuitive!
ADP Workforce Now has been over all an upgrade from our previous paystub and time management system. It cuts down on employee confusion and gives them a one stop place to access all their needs. Some of the menus aren't completely intuitive but it's easy once you've accessed it a few times.
Pros
It's been incredibly easy to access information about pay stubs, see the break down of pay, and to file for things like time off.
Cons
The 'My Benefits' screen where the time off button is rather hidden. One of the things employees so often use ADP for is putting their time off in and it's not easily accessible from the home screen.

ADP WFN - payroll as it should be
We had a fast implementation but also a successful one. Our employees are happy and have much more access to total comp. The taxes are handled efficiently with plenty of communication if any changes come through.
Pros
It is very intuitive and the implementation process is thorough and accurate. The reporting module is outstanding with already written reports to creating your own. The communication from ADP is second to none.
Cons
There was some misunderstanding during implementation but easily resolved. I don't like that the benefits module is a 2nd phase as opposed to rolling out with the payroll module. It will require a 2nd go round of payroll auditing.

ADP Workforce Now Review
My experience has been positive. I've been able to immediately tell when important events are coming up regarding payment and there's even a method to report for time off which is neat and can be done ahead of time to help plan vacation days!
Pros
It's an on-time solution to know when I've been paid at a job and track my working hours as well as see upcoming payment scheduling. Far nicer than waiting on my employer to give me a check that I scan or cash in the old fashioned way.
Cons
There aren't particular complaints that I have towards the platform. It has a functional design that doesn't need flare to accomplish the tasks it's used for. A few more tutorials may assist new users, I did have to scrolll around a while before understanding the sections at first like with any program.

If you like HOLD MUSIC.....this is your product.
Here is what is upsetting, I loved their product. LOVED IT. It did 99% of what I needed it to do. I was a proponent of this system to our organization for years, so what makes it heartbreaking for me, is that they couldn't deliver on customer service. They have to be the worst in the industry as it relates to customer service. Hours of waiting on hold for someone to take my call was the number one reason for leaving and it broke my heart.
Pros
Ease of use. Very intuitive system and it was simple and put together well.

ADP WFN - Employer Admin Experience
I think their customer service general line for employers is pretty good but the account managers assigned to the accounts are just not high quality account managers. They lack communications and follow ups. There have been many times where they AM contradicts themselves and are just not confident in their responses and end up giving us direction that is just not correct.
Pros
I think the ATS functionality is very neat and user friendly. I love that you can customize it to fit your recruitment process, uploading templates for communications, status changes, posting questions, etc. I do like that there is an integration with Ziprecruiter as well and the ability to add a referral progam.
Cons
I think the access permissions and the ability to create security profiles i think is just not a strong point. There have been several times when trying to assign admin permissions that will just not work as intended or end up creating another problem like the restrictions in the profile caused them to not have access to another function when it should not be related, etc.

Works with a clean look
This is one of the most popular time and payroll management software out there. Almost everyone uses it and I'm familiar with it. The looks and function of the menus have improved over the years. I don't have many complaints about ADP. I think it's pretty good.
Pros
The UI is simple and clean. Most menus are organized in a way that seems intuitive, like where to find calendars for PTO or time clock function. It's definitely one of the most popular timesheet and payroll software out there.
Cons
For non-salary employees, it used to be hard to find the place where to clock-in and clock-out. This has definitely cleaned up over time and now in a more prominent place.
I remember signing up for benefits through ADP for the next year and the W9 part is confusing. It steps you through with questions rather than filling out the form, then puts in the answers for you. I accidentally claimed too much and didn't get federal taxes taken out and had to add in extra money to make up for it.

Pros
ADPWFN is very customizable. It even has a payroll calculator to check the net proceeds an employee will get for his pay. 401k deductions and remittances are also integrated into this SAAS, which lessens the hassle of having a different service provider.
Cons
Their billing is quite confusing. There are charges that are not obvious as to when they occurred. Customer service agents are not equally trained and knowledgeable.

Their service is cheaper. We had to consider our overhead expense for payroll since we have a different timekeeping provider. We cannot maximize ADP as we only use it for payroll, payroll reporting, tax compliance and employee compensation database.Switched From

Working on Workforce Now
It has been a love/hate experience. It has everything I need to manage my payroll & related activities, but it is too complicated. I would prefer a more simplified version...let's call it Workforce Lite?!
Pros
It offers many features, most of which I never or rarely use
Cons
It is overly complicated for my everyday needs. I just want something which easy.

Would Highly Reccommend
Wonderful experience from inception to finishing the year and running W2s. They made a complicated process very stress free and easy to use every step.
Pros
The ease of use was great. I have used multiple systems and ADP by far surpasses quality, versatility, capabilities, and ease of use.
Cons
I do not have anything really bad to say. Customer support can assist with setting up any report you need for your frequently tracked areas, but making one on your own can be difficult. It's usually addressed upon setup.
