The direct link from Lightroom is a game changer\! > > **Cons**: While there are a lot of design/template options, I would like more. I make about 50 videos a year and haven’t seen many new designs over the past 2 years. > > Overall, good software. I’m able to quickly produce good videos/slideshows. ----- ### "Animoto for Education" — 5.0/5 > **Michelle** | *22 July 2021* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love Animoto’s ease of use, along with the amazing quality final product. It looks professionally made, even when they’re created by 4th graders. > > **Cons**: I love that there are templates to use, but I find them sometimes restricting. I also wish we could control the amount of time in each slide. > > Animoto has allowed me to present material/lessons in a more engaging way, that is also fun for students (\& myself) to create. ----- ### "Autorenewal with no warning or refund." — 2.0/5 > **Warren** | *4 February 2025* | Arts & Crafts | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is fairly easy to use, and has some music track options > > **Cons**: They autorenew your account with no warning and will not refund. The cost of a subscription is far more than the value of the product. There are free video editors that vastly exceed the features of this rudimentary interface. > > Terrible. Ripped off for a renewal when i haven’t even logged in for ove 10 months. ----- ### "Video Must" — 4.0/5 > **Marco** | *8 August 2024* | Banking | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Love the animation and how videos come to life. > > **Cons**: Which for a greater library of videos to use on videos. ----- ### "Image Slideshow to Music Creation App" — 4.0/5 > **Nick** | *31 October 2018* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: I remember when Animoto first came out. I was using it in the classroom with students to curate their images for various assignments (book trailers, public service projects, social media campaigns) etc. This was something they enjoyed. There are workarounds to do similar things, like using Google Slides or PowerPoint, or iMovie, but this takes the guesswork out of it. A simple tool to be able to merge images and video into a slide presentations/slideshow and overlay music to it. Comes out very professional looking. Students enjoy sharing these as it requires minimal movie editing experience and is a lot easier than iMovie. If you are using a LMS, I love how you can embed this inside it\! Another way for teachers to be creative in how they deliver the content to their students. > > **Cons**: There aren't a lot of features or customization, but it is pretty straightforward in that you add images, add video, and ick a song. The rest is done by Animoto. There are templates to choose from as well, but would be nice to have a few more features/animations to make it more personal. > > Overall, adds another element to the classroom. I have also used Animoto to put together slideshows of my daughters that come out really well. Love the ability to share easily through a multitude of options including social media such as Twitter and Facebook. ----- Page: 1 / 9\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/420891/animoto?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/420891/animoto) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | ----- ## Structured Data
