I signed up in August and to this day I still do not have an active, functioning account. Customer service has been almost nonexistent — it took over two months just to get a single call scheduled to attempt to launch my account.&#10;I was also charged many months upfront for mailboxes when we never launched and also never worked. &#10;Despite repeated requests, they have refused to provide a refund for a service that has never been usable.&#10;Other founders deserve to know what they may be walking into. I saw that other companies have had similar issues dealing with their customer service. I highly recommend avoiding B2BRocket
