> **Pros**: It gives our agents a chance to do real scenarios within what they have been trained on up to that point.

> **Cons**: Anything that we have wanted to add or change teh Vistio team has done very quickly.

> This helped speed up training since we do not have to do hotseats one on one with each agent. They can all be doing a scenario at the same time.
