> **Pros**: The integrations that allow my medical clients to go beyond texting while staying in compliance with HIPAA and other medical data regulations are fantastic. The user interface and experience is much more updated than a lot of healthcare communication software we see.

> **Cons**: This software isn't so comprehensive as to remove a layer of communication frustration - it only adds to all the alarms, devices, and other infrastructure our practitioners (especially nurses) already have to deal with. We've given direct feedback to PerfectServe over the years that has yet to be integrated.
