Les rituels permettent de calibrer les attentes et les objectifs et de recenser les résultats. Les rituels jouent sur la performance et la connaissance des lignes. Les actions peuvent être associées ainsi que les opportunités. 
La gestion des actions est facilitée et priorisée.
Les coachings permettent d'améliorer notre comportement managérial et de s'améliorer pour avoir le plus d'impact possible et de minimiser les gaspillages d'énergie et de temps.

> **Cons**: Le point qui pourrait être amélioré est l'exploitation des résultats des rituels quand ils sont sous forme de questionnaire.
> 
> Utrakk permet d'avoir une vision à la fois globale et détaillée des actions. La gestion des actions en est facilitée. Ceci permet de voir les collaborateurs qui sont forts sollicités.

Cela rajoute une efficacité supplémentaire et incroyable au tournée de plancher. Ce faisant cela me fait gagner de précieuse minutes que je peux remettre au profit de la production, de la supervision active et de l'atteinte des différents objectif de l'organisation.
