> **Pros**: The ease of use.  It is a great system that is not only easy to utilize, but also easy to teach other users.  The "tab" selections make it a lot easier to navigate all the information.  I also enjoy having the manual available to refer to for sections I might need a refresher on or if I am exploring a new area.  The support team is amazing; from getting the system off the ground and running, to customizing different screens for easier use.
