Feels like a DOS based payroll software. Creating employees \& union tables is cumbersome \& easy to make mistakes having multiple screens to access separately for employee retirement options, unions, etc. Employee clock in/out feature does not round to nearest 15 minute. Formularies do not always align with other reporting modules (ie. workers comp reports, union reports, etc.) Customer support is helpful, but sometimes depends on who you're talking to for the resolution. Reporting is not as customizable as I would like. The Mobile options is also not intuitive, to add an employee, and not be able to assign the employee to designated areas from one screen is silly. Also our rep that customized our software did it backwards, therefore making it less user friendly. The employees have a difficult time accessing their pay stubs. There's no current training tutorials available for different mobile app options. > > Overall, P4C Foundation Payroll module is less than fair for the value. The customer support is available at times of an emergency, which is VERY helpful; however, in non-emergency situations, it can take days for a return call. The software functionality is cumbersome, but does get the job done with processing payroll.
