> **Pros**: Need to manage a queue of incoming email requests? Have a fleet of servers and network devices across multiple datacenters that need documentation and management? Ubersmith will get the job done.

> **Cons**: Some details like Custom information about a server are buried in a sub-menu. Some options are hidden in dropdowns. HTML formatted emails often come in garbled and require viewing an attachment

> It works. We use it. We will keep on using it because it does the job and is probably less painful and more full-featured than other options out there.
